Overall a grand experience. 1st when we got our room there was something not right and when we explained our requirement the reception staff was very helpful and understanding and next day we were moved to a much better room . Our special thanks goes to Rizlan who went out of her way to accomodate us .And not the least were Ameen and Athman .Breakfast was great and beatiful lobby. Definitely will visit again. And the location of the hotel is very convenient.And our gratitude to breakfast staff Fatima & Emaan and tge rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

This is our go to hotel for Marrakech. Super nice and friendly staff and our room are always clean and fresh. The best of this hotel is their breakfast buffet. So many options and it’s all included with your stay! We love it here and have booked it 3 times already! It’s close to a shopping center and tons of restaurants in the area to try!

The receptionist was unprofessional; she left me waiting for nearly an hour, which made me very angry.

Overall is very good place to stay only breakfast is little bite not good a lot of eggs in the menu other an that is great I so recommend to stsy again

The Mogador Ménara is a property to stay away from!! From the rude, incompetent and unhappy reception personnel to the noisy construction next door, you’re better off staying at the train station!! The property is sad and unkept, lighting in the rooms was nonexistent, and the AC was not working!! I should have read the previous reviews before booking our stay here, but we had no choice, as the city was all booked up! I also booked our room through Expedia a 2-Queen bed room and ended up with two twins!! But after reading the previous reviews about rude front desk staff and repair requests going unanswered, we grinned and bearer our stay but could not wait to check out!! The daily breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel (at least the servers there were helpful).

Room did not have the furnitures as promised I their photo. I asked to match the photo instead they said the photo is just for the website. So my understanding is that they trick you with their website photo. Bad business ethics.

My stay at Hotel Mogador was unfortunately far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the experience was filled with issues that made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Parking: The parking situation was a complete headache. The facility is poorly managed, with limited spaces that make it difficult to park without added stress. It took much longer than it should have to find a spot, and no clear assistance was provided by the staff. Room: The room was in terrible condition. It was full of dust, making it uncomfortable to breathe and definitely not up to acceptable cleanliness standards. The fridge didn’t work, so we couldn’t store any food or drinks properly, which was a huge inconvenience. Worse still, there was a constant smell of gutter throughout the room, making it unbearable to stay inside for too long. Facilities: The air conditioning was completely non-functional, which made the room stifling and hot. This is especially unacceptable considering the warm climate. On top of that, the shower was broken, and despite reporting it, no immediate fix or solution was offered. Trying to clean up after a long day was more trouble than it was worth. Overall Service: While the staff was generally polite, their responsiveness left much to be desired. The issues we faced with the room were either ignored or addressed too slowly, and there was no sense of urgency in fixing the problems. It felt as if the staff was overwhelmed or simply uninterested in helping.

My room was missing some furniture which I asked but never came. I gave up asking.

A lot of noise the room is no sound proof you could the movements of ur neighbours closing opening up doors and close by disco music which start around 12 midnight until around 0500

I really want to thank the staff, they were amazing, helpful, welcoming, the hotel was very clean all the time, my room was spacious, spotless, cleaned every day, comfy, sheets were changed daily w/o asking, breakfast was top, the pool was clean, thank you Grand Mogader Menara for making my vacation a success. Dont Waste your money in this hotel, it’s say 5 star but looks like 3 star. After the our stay they charging more money when u do check out

The stay was terrible. The room was exremely cold. The thermostat was not working. I have never seen such a irresponsive staff. Despite repeated reqhest for fixing the thermostat, no action was undedtakwn.

A very nice hotel away from the crowds but mins away in a car
