3 star unless you complain to get a better room. Only thing 5 star here was the Housekeeper, she deserves a raise for exceptional service. Check in took 10 minutes. luggage guy took 2 tips, once from my wife and didn't say she tipped him already when i tipped him. Room was uncomfortably hot and AC didnt work entire hotel, tv didn't work, bathroom light broken, room for broken. Paid for Sea View was given a view entirely of a dirty roof which held security concern of outside people entering from the balcony or peeping. until I complained and reception made me write a agreement to delete my online feedback as a Condition to change my room which is Quite unprofessional to require that. New room was far better though, bigger shower too. Housekeeper did fantastic with romance service in 2311, was lovely. Breakfast had decent options but staff took my silverware even after i told him to leave it and next day took my wife's newly obtained cup of cereal right in front of her, ridiculous. Indoor Pool was nice and warm tho has too much chlorine it was burning our skin after being in only 2 minutes. Towels were hard to find, staff didn't give clear direction where to find and required 20 dinar deposit each wondered around asking staff where until decided to go back to reception to ask where towel person is. Restaurant by the pool up the glass outside elevator is little expensive but their food is worth it, very delicious and a fantastic view. Beach has a security at all times.

Great beachfront location and two nice pools. Food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room condition is poor. Furniture outdated. Rugs are filthy. Aircon doesn’t cool. Room has heavy, unpleasant musty smell.

A great hotel with free underground parking, the room is clean and spacious with friendly staff. Special thanks to reception staff including Chayma, Abderrazek and Jamel . Food is decent, highly recommended.

NO INTERNET OR SO SLOW IN THE ROOM, Terrible customer service, Dirty food specially breakfast, Slow and very few customers reps and employees! It’s not worth staying 5 star hotel with careless service .

Location was great, near the train station and old part of town. Beautiful pools and private beach.

Don’t expect a 5 star resort, that way you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was basic and basically terrible, salad bar looks old and not fresh, instant coffee, so little options and they only provide plastic mini spoons that are a danger, I almost cut my mouth with more than one of them. Buffet for dinner is a bit more reasonable. When I ask at reception for water as they didn’t provide in the room they send me to the bar and charge me for it. When we arrived they mentioned it was complementary in a place where drinking water is not available if is not bottled. For a place full of carpets for sale they should remove the ones in the Suite as they were super dirty.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!

Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations. Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony. No issues at all.

Lovely hotel in good location. Walkable to attractions and train station. Excellent breakfast options. Welcoming reception especially Mehdi. He was very accommodating and helpful. Even got me the same good rate for an extra night stay.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. The pool is incredible and the private beach is clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and found us a couple nice rooms.
