This is how hotels should be run! Top to bottom, this hotel nailed it. Rooms are immaculate, staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is incredible and the breakfast buffet is to die for. I'll be back!

Clean room, friendly staff

I stayed on the 21st floor. The room had a huge window with an amazing view of the city that went on for miles. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and striking with a giant flat screen TV. The breakfast was expansive and delicious, with excellent, friendly service. The nice & highly competent service extended to front desk staff as well. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. Great place!

The bathroom was a little too modern and the shower floor was slippery. The bathroom lighting was odd. It was NYE but even from the 10th floor we could hear the vibrations from the music all the way until dawn.

Room was clean and tidy! Hotel staff were pleasant! Restocking the room, staff did not replace face cloths once used. Would be nice if staff could advise of local facilities on arrival.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super hot when we arrived but they sent up maintenance and it was fixed straight away.

Staff were amazing. Hotel wad kept clean. However they advertised this hotel having a skyfall. I booked this place on my Europe tour around this hotel for 5 days. Finish with a big bang i called it. I allocated most of my budget to this place because of the skyfall. When i got to the hotel, they had a big board stating the hours of operation 6PM- 2 AM (some days) . My first night, i got to the hotel around 12-1 AM. Second night, got ready and pregamed before we head to skyfall. Come to find out they had a private event. The skyfall was closed to even hotel guests. We were in no shape to got out. We stayed home. Third day i asked the front desk. She reassured me that the skyfall was going to be opened. Went on a tour came. Back late got dressed, press to go up. I couldn’t reach. Went to front desk. They told me they had a private event. I was livid. The next morning i demanded to speak with the manager. He finally explained to me that skyfall was not part of the hotel. I rebuttal because they advertised the hotel and skyfall being one. They kindly sent to the room. They made sure that the skyfall was opened. My partner was over it at this point. But i made my way up that night just to be bullied by the skyfall manager letting me know that i was not supposed to be there. Despite the effort of the bartender, i quickly made my way back to my room in tears. The hotel was as much as any hotel in the city closer to all the attractions. But i chose this hotel only bc of the skyfall

We booked two rooms last minute for a flight in the morning. The stay was fine, a nice hotel near the airport. However unfortunately the bathroom flooded in one of the rooms the next morning because of a clogged drain. We had already checked out so my elderly mother had to complete getting ready in the lobby bathroom. The staff were not helpful, only bringing an extra towel to the room for what purpose I do not know. At checkout I was told that management would contact me for a resolution.. however they never did. Unfortunate for a Hyatt hotel.

Everything is great! The hotel is exceptionally clean and fancy. Staff is super helpful and friendly.
