A wonderfully relaxed hotel, with lovely pool and excellent spa area. Not a modern hotel, but just 15 min walk from Santa Eulalia Marina and plenty of waterside restaurants and bars. Although the walk is very hot with little shade. We had a wonderful stay.

Modern well equipped hotel in a quiet area, a 15 min walk from the resort centre. Large comfortable rooms with good facilities and an attractive landscaped pool area. Food excellent and varied with staff that couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. What’s not to like? Hope to be back soon.

Quiet relaxing hotel.

Wonderful location with a very relaxing sea view. Nice size balcony,shower always hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay was from 7th to 22nd May 2025. Breakfast and evening meals were not of a high standard.

Hotel is a little dated but don’t let that put you off, it’s clean. Staff very good, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and all staff were very helpful. The pool area was lovely and quiet at the start of the season and the spa downstairs was a lovely little haven.

The staff were super friendly, the hotel had a beautiful view. Everything was lovely. It was a little dated but overall a lovely stay

Grupotel is a lovely calming place, somewhere to chill and relax in comfort. An oasis to modern day.

Lovely location, really good food,large rooms.

Lovely hotel .We had a fabulous sea view room with a balcony which caught the morning sun . Easy walk into Santa Eularia. No need to be up at dawn to grab a sun bed always plenty at anytime of day. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Heated pool downstairs in the spa but be prepared for nudity in the sauna etc ! Food was very good and would cater for most tastes . Staff very helpful and friendly . We would definitely love to return .

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia. Very clean, lovely staff, pool and pool area were great and never overcrowded. Great choice and quality of food for breakfast and dinner.

Enjoyable stay, good solid hotel with good amenities. Enjoyable snacks and drinks although food only on offer 12-3pm in the bar. We didn't take the buffet breakfast or evening meal option. Pool was a little cold due to time of year and it is a very quiet hotel popular with older couples. A little walk about 15 minutes to town or about €7 taxi ride. Good access to coastal walk, about 10 minutes walk to nearest beach. Some may find it dated and it is very traditional in set up but good value for money.

Excellent hotel .could do with a make over .The staff where excellent especially pat at reception,who went far and beyond on her duty’s. Only a couple of small things to pick up on .could do with some more coffee machines and a bigger grill to cook the eggs on to slow.I would go back again.

The Grupotel is a lovely spacious hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If dinning there, there is great varieties of different dishes that is constantly being topped up and is delicious. The hotel has a spacious pool and pool area with no sunbed wars. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely pool deck. Most staff were friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. But, there were a number of areas for improvement. No hand soap in bathroom (not acceptable in a post Covid era), we had to request it from the front desk; Antiquated safe, for a fee, again to be requested from front desk. The food buffet for breakfast and dinner was substandard, often meat was undercooked or overdone. Quantity over quality was the focus. Always forced to eat in cafeteria style dining room, there should be outdoor options considering people are coming to enjoy the weather and the outdoors. Lots of lobby area underutilized, furnishings are very dated and look like a retirement home setting. On a positive note, evening entertainment was quite good. This resort seems to be geared towards seniors, it’s missing a fun vibe.

Ibiza was not a place I thought I would ever visit because of its party image. However I was invited to a wedding in Santa Eulària so booked this hotel. What a beautiful place to visit, quiet beaches and this hotel was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even though it was full you wouldn’t have known. The food was that good and at a reasonable cost that we upgraded to half board. We will be staying again. Thanks for a wonderful time

Fantastic location a few minutes away from the town centre. Beautiful views from the room over the bay. Gorgeous pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.
