We've stayed here several times now and always enjoyed our stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurants offer a good range of food and drink and the wife particularly enjoys taking a dip in the indoor pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. Already looking forward to our next stay

Great option. Quiet, clean and staff were great. Breakfast is very lovely too. Room was a brilliant size.

The hotel left heated towel rails on during the middle of a heatwave. Two visits to reception led to provision of a useless fan. Despite complaints to management no partial or full refund was offered on the basis it was a hot weekend. This is without doubt the worst place I've stayed. Avoid unless you want to melt in the room followed by a good old fashioned dose of Management gaslighting....

Great place to relax, swimming pool,jacuzzi, garden, dinner all amazing

I only have an issue with the Spa Center that the Jacuzzi was not clean, dirty residue around water line. However the swimming pool was nice and clean and the changing rooms very nice and clean also. My room was spotless and lovely decor and clean bathroom. Very happy with it. Staff were also very nice. breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked hot breakfast alongside buffet. I would have given higher stars had all areas been clean. I would happily return to this hotel again.

A good walk from Stone. Air con extract outside bedroom window was noisy. Basin & shower too close together.

The hotel was charming. The room was pleasant and a good size. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was good

Hotel was nice, clean rooms. Tried to use spa facilities but were not able due to swimming lessons which we did not know were happening and did not expect from a hotel. The reception doors are locked after 11pm and we had to phone security to be let in.

House keepers as I was leaving my room were the most friendly and helpful couldn't do enough to help me and my partner reception staff and management team didn't want to know about issues or concerns
