Great location

Service was good, rooms were nice and clean, though there was the odd stain on the bedsheets. The room did get quite warm and the fan provided didn't help much but we were quite happy that one was provided

Hotel was average. Nothing special and was only used to stay 1 night so wasnt expecting it to be 5 star.

Ideal halfway point when we travelled to Yorkshire and back twice over 3 days

The property needs air conditioning. The room temperature was unbearable and the 1 small fan didn't do anything to help. The staff were fantastic. Hotel could do with a referb. The area outside the hotel was dirty but that's not the hotel's fault as it's a service station.

Please improve on internet wifi connection. This was down

Lots of noise from trucks

Room was basic! No air conditioning unfortunately, although a fan was provided. For any person planning a stay, try and ask for a room away from the HGV parking. Fridge trailers running all night, prevented being able to leave the window open for air.

This place is awful … Disney speak to receptionist not helpful .. put us in a room with lorry carpark outside running engines all night and so loud .. was with a child to and they would have known a lot noise in that area of hotel .. smell of drugs along corridors and the room was so hot little fan was out in room and couldn’t open window wide enough to get air through .. won’t recommend if you want a quite nights sleep as you won’t get it .

Was a great stopover in a comfortable room

At 1am we were checked into a room that was already occupied. A shock for the person both in the room and the person entering to room at that time of night. We were told ‘human error can happen’ as we all know.

When checking in at 7pm on the Saturday night the man who greeted us at the desk was very polite and made us feel at ease. He explained everything in great detail and couldnt do enough to help, for example when we asked he gave us extra towels and tea ect. Would 100000% stay again

Convenient location on M1 close to Leicester. Just what we needed for the night - a clean bed and bathroom.

It’s a hotel in a motorway service station, that’s about where we’re at with it….

Brilliant staff and reception, smell of cannabis in corridor , really felt i was mislead by expedia .I had to pay for parking which would have been free if i booked direct

I didn't spend much time in the hotel but it was ok. The room is neat, bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean with clean towels.
