Very nicely updated property we’re still going through renovations staff was nice it was quiet clean

The hotel is still in the middle of a long going outdoor construction project . However the rooms are still beautiful and well maintained . The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have very good strong air conditioning for 115 degree weather. I would stay here again!

Property is under construction but our room was clean and staff was friendly. Great spot close to the lake and a short drive to London bridge

it is a small boutique property. But the people that run it are very personable without being intrusive free coffee every morning.

Rooms were updated

The property was good, very small. There are no employee's after 11pm. The rooms are super close and you can hear the other guests in the rooms next to you. Overall the staff was great and I would probably stay again in the future.

Some staff was great, others were awful. the rooms were gross. we got barked at for asking for new sheets as ours looked like they weren't even clean. there were only flat sheets and mattress covers. No others. And the mattress covers were NASTY. Some of the staff were great and super friendly. But one younger lady. Was just awful.

Room and night, but could’ve used a rug or something just to make it more Homie. Modern flare, which is not my taste. I prefer a more inviting space, but this was kind of cold looking. But clean and updated. A lot of construction going on so not a lot of parking.

When I go to Havasu, almost every month , I stay at Sway. I am always greeted w a smiles and friendly attitude. Terri and Mike are most accommodating. I always feel safe . Parking close to room a nice pool and comfortable beds!!❤️

For being under remodel, the place was great. The staff was wonderful, the room was newly remodeled. The location was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Inn. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is undergoing some renovations, so we were overwhelmed by the very nice room we had. It looked like they had just finished renovating it. It was immaculate and very comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back to this Inn.

The exterior of the hotel is under construction which makes the property look rundown, however its solid value and is in a great location

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and the rooms have been freshened up and remodeling being done currently on the front office.

They were in the middle of a remodel so some of the property wasn’t quite finished yet. The rooms look decent and I think when they are done it will look great. Our air conditioner wasn’t quite working but thankfully it wasn’t too hot yet. Hopefully they will fix it for the next guest. I would stay again.
