The hotel provided what you'd expect for the price. Clean, convenient location, free parking, suitable breakfast.

Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away.

Very nicely located with all Albi’s beautiful sights a short walk away. The Hotel is no-frills. clean and comfortable. Easy parking and check in/check out were flawless. The hotel personnel were professional, and friendly. I would gladly stay there again.

Good choice for an overnight stop. Managed to top up battery on my PHEV. Hotel manages to everything competently. Receptionist on arrival was very helpful.

After I checked in, I was told that there was no internet. It wasn’t a temporary outage but rather a “problem “. I ultimately decided that I would leave. I have asked for a refund.

We needed a place to base ourselves whilst renovating our house 10 minutes away. It ticked all the boxes for a clean base, hot bath and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a good start to a hard days work

30 minute check in due to confusion over payment with receptionist and no apology! 360 room hotel and no one speaks English in the building! Finally get my room - characterless empty chamber with no view! finally spent 45 minutes trying to connect wi fi which failed so gave up. Breakfast was cold as well. Hotel is full of elderly Spanish who appear to be on a govt subsidised break. No bar no entertainment just a vast hotel with no character. I could go on but overall a very disappointing stay.

Great hotel with free parking within walking distance of Albi. Really friendly owners and a great breakfasts at just 9 Euro.

The hotel location is perfect. Away of the touristic lanes, but in 10 minute walking distance to the major attractions: museums and the Cathedral. Clean and very friendly. Very close to a Michelin Star restaurant. Downtown is a lot to discover. Three days is a perfect stay.

Nice place,easy to find,good room,friendly staff....and free parking! Busy area with heavy traffic,across river from old City,maybe 15/20mins walk. Did not pay attention to area walking to old City....came back thru empty streets to hotel. Nothing there...nothing...all little shops...no bars,bistros,restaurants...nothing. went back to old City for dinner,walked back thru dark empty streets to hotel. Saw 1 back street restaurant open! Went to bed left early. Nice place for sleeping,with free parking.....otherwise....better to be closer to the sights.

Convenient hotel near the centre, and a good breakfast.

Checking was closed for the day and no prior notification. We almost had to find another hotel. Very bad experience!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was ok. bed comfortable. It was very warm and with no ac it was very hot and stuffy. Breakfast was great.

Very friendly service, great location, only 12-15 min walk to the famous Cathedral. Breakfast was good, extensive continental breakfast choices. Parking free and easy in the street or in the hotel parking. Bathroom small, shower tiny, buth despite this would certainly repeat staying there again.

Staff was very friendly. The mattress sagged some but the room was very nice. Location was convenient for walking to the sights. Free parking was appreciated.

Second time I've stayed here, good clean hotel, friendly staff, good parking and a shortish walk for the centre of Albi, which is a beautiful city.

It was the second time we slept in this hotel, but it'll be the last one. We booked (and payed) the same for both stays,but this time our room had a tiny bathroom with a shower so small we couldn't even fit.
