nice place, parking cost was high and garage small, overall good experience. breakfast was excellent!

Great staff and service however there is no iron in the room. You can rent one for 2 hours max which isn’t ideal.

Good value hotel. Friendly staff and reasonably comfortable. Slightly dated but clean and did what we needed.

Rubbish hotel definitely not 4 stars! 2 stars at best! Breakfast was terrible they had a Spanish omelette out on the hot counter looked nice and was only thing that looked edible! it was ice cold in middle had to microwave to heat it but it was horrible day two wasn’t any so just had toast. The chef can’t even cook eggs he makes one side and leaves the raw on a plate and when asked a question to actually cook and egg he was rude!! The room was crap booked a quadruple room paid full price for 4 and got a double bed and a pull out bed for our stay in a double room!!! We had a baby and asked where the kettle was in our room they offered us a kettle for €2.50 rental I actually thought it was a joke but it’s seriously a charge. The only plus it is near the Port Adventura but definitely not worth the money there may be better in salon that offers a shuttle bus to the park. I couldn’t recommend this place at all only If stuck and for heavens sake don’t even bother adding breakfast if have to book its disgusting

Fine property

Very nice hotel in a quieter area of Salou. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff were lovely and more than helpful. Nice pool with a spa as well. Entertainment provided for the children. Breakfast buffet not so bad either.

Family friendly, super closed to PortAventura and the beach.

The location made it super easy for us to walk to PortAventura within minutes, also to the beach and town centre. Family friendly and good facilities. The breakfast lacks fruits, they offer a lot of fried items but very little in the healthy side.

For the price we paid to stay for a week you couldn’t fault it. Hospitality staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s location to both PortAventura and the beach also make it ideal, 10 minutes from both. Rooms although basic were more than adequate, maybe modernising them should be a priority for the future.

Very clean with helpful staff. Only a 20 minute walk to Portaventura and a short walk to the city centre.

Nice hotel close to Port Aventura Park. Very clean. Breakfast not great and beds not the most comfortable but all was ok for 3 nights.

The rooms need some investment, they’re quite old fashioned. The breakfast logistics are a mess. It doesn’t look like a Meliá

Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Pool on the cool side. Room normal and fine.

The stay started badly with the attitude of the receptionist (Natasha) being very aggressive and even losing her temper as she booked us in. She had no patience and did not understand we were tired after a long drive. This hotel is for families and is therefore very noisy and busy. The rest of the staff were very good and helpfull. It is on the outskirts and a good walk to the centre. There is secure underground parking but we were stuck inside because the system for letting us out failed. The bedrooms were very noisy with the loudest banging doors I have ever heard. Not good first thing in the morning. Food was good but very noisy in the restaurant. Not a place for couples and not for us.

Very nice hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the pool bar staff are the nicest by far, only down side was the food in the restaurant at dinner was vile and luke warm, everything else was perfect

Average stay, restaurant opening was hit and miss

Everything was fine except a lot of children running up and down the corridor in the evening, making quite a lot of noise. Buffet was fine but only open Friday and Saturday. The gym facilities are poor and only open 5-8 pm.

It was ok, it would be perfect if there is tea/coffee making facility in the room, the only complaint was you have tonpay for the iron and ironing board, it should be included in the room

Very close to the metro as well as Port Aventura. The staff was friendly. Buffet had a great spread. Rooms were comfortable and clean and check out was very quick and easy.
