Great place.

We were disappointed that the hotel was so far from Treviso as our main purpose wasto explore that town. A shuttle service did not seem to be readily available. Thehotel was comfortable and had a pleasant garden. But its restaurant was not very good. We chose grilled salmon which was overcooked and rather thrown on the plate. The menu was somewhat limited and there were were very fewnearby places to find an evening meal so evenings became a problem.

We've stayed one night only on a way to France. Being a family of three with an adult daughter we were given two adjoining rooms. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great bathrooms. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet-style....everything was delicious and in abundance. All in all it was a most pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel

My wife and I stayed here for one night between our cruise ship porting in Venice and out flight out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at about 11 and were allowed to check in early. We had a very good very inexpensive lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The room was very comfortable with a great bed and bathroom.

Rooms are OK, parking also. But: on the resception the`ve told me 10 am check-out max! - in case the breakfast finishes at 10 am and showing them I`m Exepdia VIP-gold, answer was - ok then 10,30!, on expedia information on this hotel is given 11 am; Not even one english language TV channel!, one french and 500 italian!

The condition of the hotel is great. The rooms are very nice and the yard is very pretty but the personnel is not very friendly. We would not stay there again because of the personnel.

Franco, family and staff are some of the most gracious and helpful. Free airport pickup from Treviso and next morning transport to the train station was the greatest service they could provide for us. Other hotels indicated they would do the same, but upon calling, they would either charge a large fee, or else hotel pick up would only be from Marco Polo and not Treviso. Airport pickup and next morning transport to the train station puts this hotel at the top of my Venice area hotel list. Plus, on the way to the station, they even stopped at the shop to help us buy our train ticket. Such superb service is rare and certainly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough to eat and drink. By American standards, I would have preferred a cooler room, but temperatures were fine and this would not deter me from staying there again. In fact, when I return to this area, this will be the first hotel where I will want to book a room. Thanks so much for making my trip less stressful and so enjoyable.

Budget hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good. The hotel was a little further out of the way than I expected. about a 20 min bus ride to Triviso, other than that I'd stay there again.
