Ideally located, lovely hotel in a safe area. Nice walk to the river. Lots of restaurants etc in the area. Facilities excellent, the spa was peaceful and the rooms were well appointed.

This is an amazing place to be. So beautiful. It's a lifetime experience.

The hotel is best known for the ceilings in the restaurant which are beautiful. The entire stay there were long queues of people surrounding the hotel, waiting to eat in the restaurant, which was not bad but also not amazing. The hotel has the original building which is elaborate and older while my room was in a separate building which was newer. The room was nice and had good lighting and mood. However I couldn't get any heat so it was kind of cold the entire time which was not pleasant. It was Christmas so service was slower due to high demand but the hotel should make provisions for that. Overall, a nice property but seems to focus too much on business from the famous dining room ceilings to the detriment of hotel guests which seem more like an afterthought.

Loved everything about our stay here. Was traveling solo with my son pulled my back carrying luggage they upgraded us go a suite and even helped me get some ibuprofen for my back. They catered to our needs for food for my son and gave the best toiletries, lip balm, wooden brush, etc the spa is heaven best facial of my life. The cafe is some of the best food I’ve ever had and ambience even better. The lobby is magical. Perfection.

Great stay here for my girlfriend’s birthday. The room set up was amazing . Swimming pool was great too and the hotel is beautiful. Staff very friendly

This is our favorite place in Budapest. We love The Poet Bar and the service is excellent. The pool and sauna is a great place to relax. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it we always have a great time. Thanks

Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. However, the location isn’t that great. Quite a long walk to the main attractions.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such accommodating staff. They truly went above and beyond from the bellhops to reception to the waitstaff in the bar. The attached restaurant is a busy tourist attraction, but hotel guests were welcomed immediately.

Enjoyed the personalities and professionalism of the staff. Everyone one was so accommodating and helpful. The facilities and atmosphere were very welcoming and luxurious. Loved the warm lemonade berry drink served upon checking in & out. Bence at the check in desk was helpful, courteous, polite and attentive. He definitely is a gentleman and valued asset to the Anatara New York Palace Budapest.

The shower was within the bath and the height to access was quite dangerous and prone to falls , also not user friendly if you had small children to supervise.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff, nothing is to much trouble, the Breakfast was great with lots of options and in the beautiful New York Cafe, rooms were big and modern, bed very comfortable and very clean. i will go back

well managed

No walk in shower. The tub is a death trap. Slick as ice and big step Down to slick as ice floor. Eventually noticed a plastic step under cabinet I presume for this. Had outdoor terrace which was great to enjoy cigar on. Bed a little hard. Great breakfast and beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing!
