Great location, clean, friendly stafc

I arrived early and the staff was kind enough to allow me to check in early!

Flight was early and we were able to store our luggage until check in but they didn’t have rooms until after 4pm and we got there at 10 am so we had to wait

It is beautiful and quiet .

Good Hotel

Great staff very welcoming

This hotel is in a great location. The Isla Verde beach has an entry way across the street from this hotel. The staff is welcoming and hotel is clean. Our only recommendation is for the hotel wedding planner/coordinator to monitor bands playing after 11pm on rooftop since the sound travels down to guests, on lower floors.

Right in the middle of everything. Very lively area. Staff was great. Room was oddly dark and we had a flashing light all night long. Exiting in the morning was confusing.

There's no ocean view, the room needs to renovated. The balcony had paint peeling, didn't use it.

Across the street from the beach. A few Din8ng experiences around. Not too far from airport and old San Juan.

Wow! The staff was amazingly helpful and absolutely wonderful! Bartender was full of advise for us! She really gave us wonderful places to visit! The beach was directly across the street and unbelievably beautiful and clean! Rooms were spacious and comfortable! Definitely would stay here again and again!

The front desk was wonderful. They made our stay a great one. Because of them I would not hesitate to book this hotel again thank you Jeremy and Jesus. You guys get 5 start all the way . Thank you for explaining everything to our family of 11 ..

I have to say we went thru a hectic day trying to get back to NYC. Our flight was canceled and we booked this hotel. This was the best hotel ive ever bern too. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Im considering having my wedding here.

Front desk staff very attentive especially David,we had an issue with the safe box and he sent right away somebody to help us, rooms are ok , not enough light , there was nowhere to hang wet clothes or towels, the hotel is very clean
