Location was good. We had issues with the locks on the bathrooms which were not addressed.

Very nice Hotel with great location staff was excellent

Nice big rooms. Stuff was friendly. The room was not that modern but ok. Good breakfast. The room on the street side was noisy and it was a bit hot in the room. (The AC was not working yet). But for the price it was a nice hotel.

Nice family rooms. Two rooms with a kitchen. Cookware could be better. But the rest is just very good. Definitely will come again.

Location is a bit far from Vitosha and Center but walkable . Rooms are nice and comfortable Breakfast was totally Chaos - I would not recommend this hote

Breakfast was great ,room was amazing ,the area is walking distance to all the restaurants and the centre.

Nice hotel centrally located to most tourist sites (15-20 minutes walk) and close to public transport (5-10 mins walk). The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good with many hot and cold options. The wifi also worked well. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Hotel not too far away from centre, Hotel itself not to bad and they made the extra effort to decorate for Christmas... Area around hotel is very dated but that Sofia in general

Hotel is no problem but I’ve stayed a few times now and there’s always been a lot of noise . This time it was students staying and they were shouting and screaming and running about corridor and slamming doors. I expected staff to hear this or see it in the security cameras and come and warn them to settle down but . Other than that the hotel is fine

Great property for business and leisure travelers. It is very close to the city center, all services are perfect including breakfast, and the staff is super helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is amazing, and the stuff is kind and sincere. In general rooms were clean, but carpets require deap cleaning; wallpaper need some repairs.
