Ideal location. Very busy! Lots of kids in the pool. Staff was great. View of aluminum shed out the window wasn’t as nice as a view of the Cascades.

There was control over dogs barking in neighboring rooms and kids running and yelling up the halls loud enough to shake our walls - late at night and early in the morning (after 9pm and before 6am). 30 kids were allowed to be unsupervised in the pool even within view of the front desk and were so loud and rowdy that my own kids could barely move in the pool. Breakfast was hot and had good variety. Hotel was otherwise clean and check in was smooth. Convenient location off interstate.

The rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The elevator made some very concerning sounds and movements that made us hesitant to use it. The keycards for both rooms stopped working the day before we were scheduled to leave. We had to get new keys after going up to our rooms. The front desk staff in the evenings made us feel like we were at fault for the keycards not working and was generally a little unpleasant. Daytime staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool area was clean and well kept, our kids enjoyed the pool toys. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked and clean by the kind staff. Overall, we would stay again. We would just anticipate needing to take the stairs and having to replace the keycards.

I had a party of 20 coming for a funeral. I reserved 5 rooms. Expedia sucked at helping me figure this out. It’s better if you just call the hotel front desk and reserve. The hotel staff was very polite and considerate. One person helped me a lot with fixing my issues that Expedia could not. Kansas was her name. She was amazing. Answered all my questions and got me situated. Great customer service. Thank you Kansas.

Nice clean place and the staff were lovely. The manager even made an announcement at breakfast that the pool was ready and that the temperature was perfect.

Bed was comfortable and the room was just fine. They seems to really like dogs. There’s a grassy area with poop bags right outside the side door and no extra charge for bringing the pup along. The pool is aging but it was nice and warm. The cookies and soup in the afternoon are a nice touch.

Second time to stay here and it great, relaxing, quiet and nice.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Soup and cookies every afternoon. Applebee's a very short walk away. Will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed while onn a hiking trip. We have a new puppy. There is a grassy area fir dogs. There are dog treats at the front desk. The staff was great. I would recommend it!

Every single person working was so pleasant and kind! We were greeted every time we walked in and out. I couldn’t believe the hospitality!!! The room was clean, breakfast was warm and the pool/hot tub was nice and refreshing.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating pet friendly hotel. Only drawback was excessive highway noise! Nice stay for the price and very accessible to local businesses and restaurants.
