I had a hard time finding the motel. Everything else was pretty good. The language barrier was a problem.

It is convenient close to a shopping mall. The staff is professionals in the area is very safe.

Property is in a good condition, location is convient. We had an issue with the drainage; however, we were offered to changed room.

Property is close to the port about 7-8 mins drive. It has a nice area to walk in and has the corte ingles close to it.

We are Marriott silver rewards members. The room was stuffy and we were unable to turn down the AC or adjust the fan. I took a shower and water leaked all over the floor and into the room below us. There was also no coffee pot in the room and getting out of the garage was a nightmare. Very unclear instructions. Overall, disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very welcoming and I was delighted that i had nothing to complain about. I will say that this hotel presented a calming effect on me. The staff was very professional and are attentive the visitors. I totally enjoyed the food and my stay. I visited Rock of Gibraltar and that was the icing on this visit.

It was warm in the room and I went downstairs to ask the staff why my AC wasn’t working. They said only the heater was on for the hotel because it was April. So we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on in our room. Our only option was to open the windows and it was extremely noisy with motorcycles driving by almost All the time. I was there during Easter week and everything around was closed.

The room and staff were fantastic. The view from the room was great. 1/2 hour walk from the train station, 1/2 hour walk to the ferry.

The hotel is great…area around not so great. Breakfast was nice with many options. Hotel is very clean and has a nice bar/restaurant. If you are in the area…probably the best hotel to stay at. Would recommend for the area.
