Door slaming the whole night for entrance to staircase right next to room. No elavator. Front Desk Staff - Five Star Great Breakfast Attendedent - Five Star Great

Staff were very friendly, called to make sure we had everything we needed shortly after we were in our room.

All was good. I didn’t use any facilities.

It was quiet.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I am a single mom travelling with my 2 young daughters and 3 small dogs. They were so welcoming. The breakfast was also good value. It was easy to unload and loan the car as there is parking just outside the units. Will definitely stay here again

Front desk gentleman (Rob?) very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Chunk of something on the front part of the couch A staff member knocked on my door early in the am and just said sorry and walked away. It was just after my husband left for breakfast. Why would he be trying to get into my room? He didn’t have an anything with him like a laundry cart. I did not feel safe after that.
