We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony. It was a dream come true for a young couple who were on their way to Friendsgiving on a weekend away from our 3 year old! Thank you so very much for the experience and we have and will continue to not only recommend you, but will be booking again soon!

It was a nice night away! My only complaint is that our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. Check in was supposed to be 4pm. The staff made up for it by giving us a late check out the next day. Would definitely stay again!

St. John's Resort was perfect. Beautiful! Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Food and drink was very good and affordable. Wish the weather was better (winter) so we could walk the grounds. Didn't realize it was a Pulte family Humanitarian resort. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend this place.

The architecture of the building and their surroundings was absolutely beautiful. What we didn’t like was that they told us Expedia never communicated our reservation to them and it took us a half hour to check in and the only reason why we got a room was because I saved everythingthat was emailed to me

I visited this hotel several times whenever I travel to Michigan to see my son studying there. Staffs are friendly and professional (some are less than others but in general) the bed is comfy and we can enjoy the rain shower (a bit weak) and another shower with line which I like. Foods are nice in both five steak and Irish pub.

The resort is beautiful and very comfortable. However, the pool felt a bit small and crowded, and some of the jets weren’t functioning properly. Dinner at Five Steakhouse was absolutely magnificent, but lunch was disappointing due to slow service and overhearing staff complaining about each other. Despite these issues, it was still a wonderful stay overall.
