Great view of Gulf of America, breakfast was awesome for an included breakfast. Room was perfect for 5 of us except for slight pet odor in carpet.

Property was clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Pools are heated and I received fresh towels and daily cleaning. Very happy!

This is, by far, one of our new favorite hotels to stay in. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great pool, lazy river, hot tub and tiki bar area with very easy access to the beach. Easy parking entry and exit. Our only issue was no heat our first night, room was 67 degrees. Maintenance had to replace the heater unit the next day. Hotel comped our fees for that night.

Overall this hotel has amazing beach access. The bar/grill was also top notch. Easily the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room set up was nice, it’s just that there were rust stains in some areas, and there was hair on the bedding upon arrival. In regards to the cleaning it was OKAY. But there is room for improvement as far as thoroughness. The staff was nice and accommodating though .

The space of the room and bathroom was very good, but the furnishings were cheap for the price, only one chair to sit in and a desk chair, no other place to sit except on the balcony chairs that were dirty at first and cheap plastic hard seated chairs. You had a high self for a desk (unsatisfactory). The room was not enjoyable to sit in and enjoy the stay. I'd give you a 2 star rating because you are not a 4.6 star hotel as is listed.

It is super relaxing. Great place to vacation. plenty of activities.great food and drinks .

The room was very spacious and had a great view of the beach. I did expect it to be much nicer from reading the reviews and seeing the pictures online however it was just an average hotel that’s overpriced. The shower was nice but the water pressure was low and the hot water was nonexistent. Overall I give this hotel a 4/10.

Was relaxing

It was quiet during the off season, which we loved. We like to be active so it was nice to have the 20 mile beach right there. Property had different pools, hot tub and gym. When there was a downpour, the indoor pool was nice for the kids. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall it was great and suited our family’s needs.

Room was very clean and also with high attention to detail. Poolside was great with many options as well as the poolside bar. Movies every night poolside, got to watch Super Bowl on big screen which was great. Breakfast was perfect, also the coffee bar with tea and water was perfect. We stay at this hotel every vacation to pcb.

Very nice decorated very good food. Very good service overall no complain.

Beautiful biew

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Bianca at the front desk, she made us feel welcome and checkin was a breeze. We had requested extra blankets for the kids, Bianca made sure that they were delivered prior to our arrival. The hotel has a large outdoor heated pool, hot tub and lazy river in the deck area facing the beach, our kids loved the activities on the deck. The breakfast was also excellent.

This place beyond our expwctation . This is our 1st time visit here with family overall the amenotoes, cleaniness , hospitality everyrhing is exceptional..

Absolutely relaxing and wonderful to stay! Plenty of space! Only thing was that the carpet was smelly and the water didn’t get as hot like I would have liked it but overall it was good. Would recommend it!
