Managed to get a slightly later checkout. Showers to use after checkout are good and clean. Staff are really friendly

Overall, the stay was excellent with the exception from the front desk employee Paco. From the beginning and throughout the five day stay, he was rude to my party. On numerous occasions, we would see how he would smile and talk and joke around with people with ethnicities of the lighter skin tone. One particular instance was when we requested pool towels. Instead of placing the receipt on the counter, he threw them on the counter at both of us. Paco needs to go through some customer service training and possibly some diversity culture training. Other than that, the stay was perfect! The rooms were clean, the rest of the staff was amazing and Great location.

Location very central to everything. Clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

This is an excellent central location along the harbour with beautiful pool on the top. the staff are efficient and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice patios overlooking a square , comfortable bedding. Equiped with a hairdryer , no ironing board but iron provided on request. A few more hangers would be nice. The only thing that could make the accommodation better is if there was an option for queen size beds for couples instead of all being two singles. I highly recommend this as a reasonably priced option in a location where everything is available, with wonderful restaurants within a short walk and options for touristing close by. Hotel was decent but would not stay here again, the shower was not clean, there was a large centipede on the wall, there was insects in the bathroom the pressure of the water in the shower was awful, only good think was the location, did not feel clean at all

The location is great if you rent a car, there’s a huge parking lot across the street from the supermarket which is only a two minute walk from the hotel. Also all the best beaches are about a 15 minute to 20 minute drive and there’s even a local one, which is really nice that’s only seven minutes away.

Couldn't see the see from our room ! But room was spacious clean and modern ! Overall great value for money

Third time saying here and every time it’s lovely. I absolutely love the staff and the place was immaculate, the view and pool on the rooftop is beautiful. Thanks for having us, we’ll be back!

Nice view from the rooftop pool, spacious room and great location. Only note is the wall from the lift to the room is like a maze.

Beautiful clean apartments, perfect location and reception staff were fantastic and very welcoming.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunside Ibiza Studios. It was in the perfect location, in the middle of everything. Was close to beach, restaurants, taxi, grocery ....everywhere. We will definitely be back.

The older lady at reception was rude and defensive when they were late in getting our rooms ready. No apology, we waited a couple of hours after check in time to get a room

Great staff and friendly people. Clutching at straws the only thing I would change is the pillows which were uncomfortable and oddly shaped. Other than that it was great

Great location, spotless room. Was an apartment but no knives/forks/spoons even though there were plates, kitchen etc. Great comfortable wonderful bed, great aircon Great location. Parking is really difficult, free street parking nearby but never any spaces during our few days, had to park 500 m away from hotel and still difficult. Had I known bus station was so close wouldn’t have bothered with rental car. Still highly recommended
