Located between busy commercial road and noisy residential district.

There were gaps on the parking lot with the route to the road.

Bath water Luke warm. Not hot enough to take bath. Waited to see if water would get hotter but when I tried again, just got cold water.

No hot water Sunday morning, bathtub unsafe and need better breakfast selection

Staff was nice

Rooms were compatible to a Motel 6. Shower bottom felt like it was gonna fall through the floor. Patches in the floor left vinyl so sharp it could cut you. Bed was pretty comfortable but difficult to sleep when all I worried about was bed bugs. Went to the front desk twice and no one to be found. Won’t stay here again.

Room was large, and sink area was separate from bathroom which was nice. Pillows were all overstuffed. Hot water was a challenge, observed by several. Needs updates.

Large rooms!!!

No first floor room available and forced to make many trips up and down stairs to get to my room. I am handicapped and have trouble climbing stairs. Also, had to change plans and ckeck out a day early. Desk clerked refused to tale the extra day off my charges for the stay.

I picked this due to the location but would just drive further into Missoula in the future. First there is no elevator for my wife who has an issue with stairs due to a medical condition. Next I ran out of hot water twice out of 3 showers. The breakfast is marginal with the same canned biscuits and gravy, packaged danishes each day along with a couple of yogurts, and waffles. Strong coffee with Walmart powdered creamer. Long story short, for the average of $147 a night we expect better. At least adequate hit water.

Lousy democrat shower!

I hate the Democrat shower. Tiny trickle of lukewarm water. You have to crank the room heat all the way up just to keep from shivering in the shower because the water is of insufficient temperature and volume to keep you warm. It takes 30 minutes just to get wet and soapy, then 45 minutes to get rinsed off.

Great location great place will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family perfect place for pets too

What I expected. I would say again.

There is no hot water and the tv doesn’t work also can’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk.
