We had a street view room; quiet, very clean and comfortable, but limited space for storage though, just some hangers, no shelves or closet. Had coffee machine & mini fridge. Our only complaint is the sewer smell coming from the bathroom is very strong. Even though the hotel is under renovation, it didn’t bother us. Centrally located so could walk almost everywhere - beach was about 15 min walk away. We didn’t partake of breakfast at the hotel, but did see quite a variety of offerings. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops around the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend & would visit again.

It was an easy access from the direct link from the airport. Only 10minutes walk from the nearest tram link, 10minutes away from the main train station easy access to the shopping area and even to the seaside. Ideal location.

It did the job! Needed somewhere to stay for a few nights. Central location in the heart of Nice, big bed decent shower and it was warm. Can’t go wrong!

We booked a room with the court yard view. And when we arrived we were given a room in the 4th floor and was told that the lift only goes upto the third but we were given free breakfast which I thought fair enough. When we got to the room it was the loft with no view, aircon smelled of sewage, the two windows the black out cover was falling to bits. TV kept turning on after a few minutes of switching it off. Then midweek the lift broke so had to climb up and down 5 floors. The breakfast if we were to pay was €15 but was sub par. The only good about the place was the friendly staff. Definitely did get what we paid for and considering we requested a room with a nice view as we were celebrating our anniversary. Very disappointed

The location is the best thing about this hotel. A few blocks from the tram and shopping street with bistros. Nice staff. Great air conditioning in the heat. However our room seemed under renovation . It is located in what appears to be the attic space on the 4th floor. with no elevator access except from 3rd floor. This means carrying bags up a flight of stairs. The bathroom was visually lovely but the single LED light over the mirror was broken leaving no light to shave or wash up. Also there was no way to attach the shower head to the shower wall as the attachment fixture was missing. One had to hold onto the shower head to bath. The room itself appears unfinished with prepared but unpainted walls. There is a large hole under the air conditioning unit exposing its plumbing. The coffee machine is sitting on a very low mini fridge which needs to be on a table not the floor. The bed is situated so that one side is under a very low sloping ceiling.. one must crawl out to avoid hitting one’s head. We arrived in the evening and perhaps this was the only room available. It has the charm of a loft space but needs work ! I am hoping that the other rooms are in better condition than this one.

The hotel is right in centre and has easy access to shopping/food 🙌 It is a 10-15min easy stroll to the beach. Our room was very big & clean although we’ve booked with a courtyard view, we couldn’t get it apparently you can get one when it is free.

A fantastic place to spend 3 nights in Nice. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to book a trip to this beautiful city on the French Riviera. The staff was very kind, the property felt clean / modernized, and it’s in walkable proximity to old town the promenade.

Nice property if you’re staying in Nice walkable and train near would recommend probably the softest and comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. Near all shops about a 20 minute walk to the beach with loads of shops and restaurants on the way.

The property was in a great location. However the room was absolutely tiny! There was no place to walk around or put your luggage down. There’s French hotel room small then there’s this. The room was also superficially clean! The walls were dusty and dirty and I found beer bottle caps on the floor. I feel like it was not well cleaned at all before we arrived. The toilet paper as well was extremely thin. You are also charged extra taxes when you arrive and it’s not included in the booking bill.

Great hotel in a great location! Very close to the train station, beach, and lots of shopping! The biggest perk with it being a heat wave was that the A/C was amazing and they also had a cold, filtered free water station in the lobby!
