Very clean and comfortable room and staff was really courteous

Great location and place to stay despite the noise and litter outside. Staff were super courteous and helpful, room was clean and cost extremely reasonable!

Great location nice clean hotel

Great location (right across the road from Porta Nuova train station. Easy walking distance to places of interest, bars, cafes, restaurants an a daily open air food market.

I told reception several times the air conditioning did not work and no one did a thing about it. Even after they had told me they addressed it.

Air conditioning kept shutting off, smoking inside the hotel, gym didn’t open until 8am, and housekeeper refusing to leave my room and insisted it was the wrong room.

Excellent location, very clean, good breakfast, very good customer service

Excellent hotel. We had 2 queen beds and a balcony. Our room was gorgeous. High ceilings, balcony, very large bathroom. So comfortable here. All staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage after check out. This is an amazing location literally a walk across the street to Porta Nuova. So convenient, with easy walking to everything. Such great restaurants in the area. We loved our time in Torino. Thank you so much.

Buon hotel. Colazione spettacolari, pulizia delle camere ineccepibile. Solo un problema il primo giorno con il condizionatore che non funzionava subito riparato dopo il reclamo. Staff veramente geltile. L'unica pecca che è vicino alla stazione che di notte diventa veramente pericoloso. 8/10 solo per la location altrimenti sarebbe stato un 10/10.

The hotel is in a good position in the city centre close to the main railway station. The area is not the best, although we never felt unsafe. Unfortunately on one evening we were unable to get drinks at the bar as there was no bar staff, although it was just after 10pm, and the bar should have been open until 11pm. The air conditioning in the bedroom was quite noisy and didn't work very well.

The hotel room was perfect for my family of four. Had good options for shopping and restaurants, walking distance.

Nice hotel with American Standards

Property and staff was outstanding, very clean. my rooms wi-fi was pretty much not existent since i was the last room of the hallway(314) which was a real bummer. other than that some shady characters like to hang out within the street of the hotel next to the terminal, but had 0 issues.
