King Suite was a nice large space; we had several friends over for lunch during a rainstorm and didn’t feel crowded.

Proximity to a small lake where you can take a walk in nature, every thing is in walking distance,the continental breakfast is very nice. I will be back.

Great hotel and staff! Improvements could be made with the continental breakfast. Compared to most continental breakfast this hotel is lacking quality and diversity.

Great location, walking distance to the pedestrian village. Room was amazing, king bed, separate sitting area, kitchen. Nice when breakfast is included.

The hotel and location were great. It is frustrating that even though the hotel was paid for, I still needed to give them money for incidentals and were going to prevent me from staying. Parking was an added expense that was never mentioned earlier. When I asked someone to adjust my thermostat, they said it was their first day and I should wait til morning, even though that’s when I was checking out.

The room was clean and comfortable. I will be back.

The hotel was great. My only feedback is to heat the pool. It was between 35-40 degrees outside and the pool was still too cold to use. Also note the breakfast is truly continental. There are no hot options.

Room was very clean and spacious and furniture, carpet fixtures all in excellent condition. Exterior of property is getting to the point where it may need a good cleaning and some repair as it looks like the weather has taken a toll on it. Check-in was good and staff member checking us in was very quick, polite and friendly. We hoped she was from out of country as she asked us when we were giving our address if British Columbia is in Canada. I almost replied, “Yes, we are the ones that give Quebec millions of dollars of transfer payments each year. Was in good location for getting in and out of. Parking was good in underground with big spots and easy access to come and go.
