It was great. People were friendly. Only 2 things that were a downer was we waited for almost an hr after ordering breakfast and finally left the dining area. We did get $6 back of a $50 breakfast, and a to go breakfast to take to our room, but it only half half of our order. Also one working SMALL elevator on an 8 story hotel IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. You guys had a lot of very unhappy customers and wait time for an elevator was over 15 minutes most of time. As I have metal in my ankle, going up five flight of steps was not an option.

In need of a refresh, TV did not work in room asked for a discount for the inconvenience but nothing was discounted. Dirty carpets dirty red vacuum filter left on a table in front of the elevators. Pool was out of service during the summer??

The bathroom had a smell of dirty gym clothes or sweat. It was a bit irritating when using the shower. That was my only issue. Everything else was great. I dont expect a bathroom to smell that way and it seemed the exhaust fan wasn't working

view and location (close to everything) was great, checkin was below average. I had to wait till the receptionist finish his chit chat over the phone, with this much price per night no complimentary breakfast. Woke up twice by fire alarm within 2 hours on the same day due to careless kitchen crews.

Property has a nice location. Receptionts - all three of them - were nice. One ofe the two elevators was broken and every trip downstairs took 10 minutes at least. Whoever was in the hallway with their radios talking all the time didn't add to relaxing atmosphere. Pool gate lock didn't work. Also, their restaurant was nice, but every single time there was a confusion that made me unwelcome - always something along the lines of "do you have a reservation?" and if you don't you can come in but you'll have to wait or you can't take a nice table etc. I had nice tables every single time and no one showed up to claim them, it was half-empty all the time, which makes me think that staff were trying to save these tables for some potential reservations (I've been told that couple of times). I don't give a damn about that and I don't think it's a smart move - I paid decent amount of money for this hotel (triple the price of what it should cost tbh, first night was close to $300 and it's not NYC). Anyhow, the stay was ok - they just could really do better.

We liked the location, housekeeping was wonderful, kept our room clean every single day. Staff was all very friendly. Downfall, they only have 2 elevators. One was broke the entire week and they said it had been broke for weeks before. Made for horribly long waits. We paid $1,800 to stay there (2 rooms) and had to pay $10 a day to use their parking lot, that makes no sense. Other than those things, it was ok.

The bed was comfy but all of the outlets next to the bed and at the desk were not working. Had to charge our phones on the bathroom. Luckily they were able to charge with the plugs barely holding on to falling off the outlet. Only one elevator was working which caused us to wait for the fourth elevator before getting on because each time the elevator arrived at our floor, it was full.

Check in was okay. Elevator took forever. Room needed repair. Beds were comfortable. Tub wouldn't drain. Restaurant service was very slow. One person taking orders, drinks and making drinks. Employees complaining. One was a housekeeper in the Elevator and one was the waiter. Front desk forgot to send someone up to fix drain. Short staff. Grumpy staff. I felt sorry for them but they shouldn't use that as an excuse and share their frustrations. It was awkward
