Stellar place!!

We had a great welcome when arriving at reception. Our room was ok but slightly tired. We had a wet room which unfortunately leaked through to the main bedroom. We mentioned this to reception who agreed to move us the next day. We were then moved in the afternoon to a beautiful room. The TV in this room had no sound but it did not ruin our stay. It was just a shame we couldn't listen to music whilst getting ready. The food was varried with a good selection of choice The mini bar was mostly well stocked. We usually stay at the Hard Rock which is very expensive and longer a Hard Rock. All in all this was a fab hotel and most likely to return over the now Bless Hotel. The value for money with the All Inclusive was worth the change.

La verdad fue una muy pésima experiencia fuimos un grupo de 6 personas a las cuales desde un principio nos ofrecieron y pagamos por una habitación específica y llegamos y nos pusieron en otra que obviamente no era equivalente al precio de la que habíamos pagado pero nos ofrecieron unos brazaletes “vip” para compensar la situación a lo cual accedimos porque anteriormente hemos estado en hoteles todo incluido y sabemos los beneficios de tener dichos brazaletes. A lo cual nunca tuvimos el trato “vip” ni siquiera un trato agradable por ningún personal del hotel, cabe destacar que para cenar hay que hacer reservaciones para poder ir a ciertos restaurantes que son a la carta, reservación que se tiene que realizar con personal del hotel, realizamos la reservación para el grupo completo y cuando llegamos al restaurante nos dijeron que no teníamos reservación y no pudieron resolver el problema aunque el restaurante estuviera prácticamente vacío y la respuesta del personal fue no puedo hacer nada no tienen reservación. Luego de eso nos dirigimos a recepción a poner la queja y nos dicen lo mismo que no pueden hacer nada. Como último pero no menos importante recalcó que he estado en varios hoteles todo incluido en Cancún y punta cana y jamás en la vida me habían cobrado por el room service. Para cerrar si quieren pasar un mal rato y no tener una atención óptima por el personal del hotel pueden quedarse aquí, pero si quieren tener una buena experiencia consideren otra opción.

Amazing location close to the airport and major clubs. Property had multiple pools and beach access as well as 24 hour food. Can’t wait to return.

It’s a nice property but lacking as an all inclusive. I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and this one does not compare at all to their grandeur, amenities, and services. A few things lacking: No top shelf alcohol included. Had to pay extra to get an espresso martini or a bottle of water. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas included for resort guests. Had to paid 15 euros per chair and per umbrella! That’s 60 euros extra a day for my family of 3 so we could enjoy the beach. No bar close to the beach either. Not many pool chairs and not many areas with shade to hide from the sun. Cabanas cost extra. They limit your dinner reservations for the à la carte restaurants that seem to be always full leaving you with buffet as the only option for dinner. No shuttle to and from the resort anywhere even though the airport it’s only a 4 min car ride and the clubbing area is only half a mile. I think adding the beach amenities and a shuttle would make things seem a bit more “inclusive”. Other than that it’s still a nice resort, clean, and food was good.

Nice property overall, beautiful pool and amenities. Food was subpar, also there was a weird mildew odor that permeated throughout the room and never went away.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to Coco from the bar. From the moment we met him, he made us feel at home. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and full of positive energy. Seeing him selling coconuts while playing Dominican bachata instantly made us feel like we had a little piece of home in Ibiza. He truly knows how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and his hospitality made our vacation even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. Thank you for making our trip so special!

The hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They had an all-inclusive advertisement which is why I booked it and then you had to reserve the dinner restaurant and they had no availability for our stay so my kids and I had to eat out every night. The staff had told me that they had a party check-in at 100 people and that is why there was no reservations. They didn’t replace the towels unless you asked. When we arrived, the elevator was broken and they had no one to help us with our Luggage so I had to carry two duffel bags up three flights upstairs all by myself. I will tell you this is the worst property in the entire Ibiza. When I asked for someone to call me and to help me or to do something for me maybe a spa treatment no one called me. This is the worst property in the entire island on top of it. They don’t even give you chairs for the Beach. You have to pay for the Beach chairs so you can’t go to the beach. You can’t eat. You can’t do anything except go out of the property and pay lots of money for Ubers to eat somewhere else.

Loved staying here the food was good the staff were supper friendly and attentive. We had a few problems with our rooms and they dealt with it so well and upgraded our wristbands to premium. This place will be my go to when I come to Ibiza again. Thanks guys

The good - spacious hotel, plenty of space in the room. Good pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The Italian restaurant was good. Our son had a great time at the kids disco The bad - Dirty plates at the buffet. Room not properly cleaned, floor not mopped, no dusting below the TV. Poor buffet options, repetitive and lack of options for children, food quite often cold. No option for pool snacks, have to go to 24/7 bar and eat there. Cocktails are pre mixed and sugary. I would expect a 5 star all inclusive to make the drinks each time. Can only book al a carte restaurants 3 times during a 7 night stay, but you are not told that. Lack of activities and children's entertainment, can only participate if you leave your child at the kids club.
