Quality Inn in Hyde Park was out of business. I paid for a reservation for a place that was closed and abandoned.

#1 reason I won't return to this hotel is the maintenance issues. I've never stayed in a hotel this worn down in so many places that would be so easy to fix... the baseboards, rusting, chipped paint. While I never felt "dirty", I had to look away at every turn in the room.. mold in the showers, gaps in the wall where it's falling apart, and weathered fixtures.

Great location, friendly staff, serviceable breakfast, casual atmosphere and easy access.

Property near to a Gas Station which is convenient.

The property is in the perfect location for visiting the FDR Presidential Library, The Culinary Institute and Vanderbilt Mansion.

Free breakfast and coffee in the room. Clean And safe. I had my 83 YO mother stay and she raved about the convenience to everything. Great price and great location. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Nice small hotel, slightly dated. There is no elevator so dragging luggage to the second floor was an issue.

It's old and not clean. My boyfriend had bad allergy reaction to the pillows. It's conveniently located and has a nice dinner nearby. I wouldn't complain too much giving the price I paid.

Good area and had a nice stay. Brwakfast was good.

In serious need of complete remodel. This was the smallest room with a king bed I have ever stayed in. There was approximately 24" clearance to walk between a piece of furniture and the wall to get to the hall to bath. Bath very small. Still carpet in room

Good place to stay if you are wanting a convenient place to stay close to the train station.

The Quality Inn met our expectations. It was clean, well-kept and provided a hot breakfast. The staff pleasantly answered questions and provided additional linens as needed.

So close to all the Roosevelt sites. Close to many good brewpubs in Poughkeepsie. Clean, reasonably priced, and professional staff.

We stay at a lot of Quality Inns while attending sporting events. This is one of the nicest ones. Clean, courteous staff, clean well managed breakfast area. We’ll stay here again

I arrived to my room and was welcomed by a foul smell. I called down to get the wifi password and no one answered the phone (waited several minutes while the phone was ringing). As well as there being many damages in the bathroom that were safety hazards (floor being loose and there being molding apart from the wall). There was also dirt on the ceiling and poorly patched and painted fixes to the wall from previous damages.

Older facility in excellent location for FDR Museum, CIA, Vanderbilt Mansion, Val-Kill. Exceptional value.

I was doing business in Hyde Park and I spent the night there. I just found the room a little cramped. You had a large dresser in there and it was making it difficult to get by to get to the room. Also found the bathroom could use a little bit of work.
