Good value property

Loved our stay in Opatjia. Marina and Sara were amazing at the concierge desk.

Food and drink is overpriced. Buffet dinner is expensive for what it is €40 per person. €7 for an iced coffee. Lovely hotel otherwise, pool is well maintained. Easy access to lungomare walk.

Awesome hotel in perfect location, with real 5 star service. We were very happy!!

Food was very good and people at the front desk helpful. I didn't like the fact that the parking was charged additionally (either on the street or in the garage); it should be a part of the hotel price.

It was great all around

The check-in reception staff could benefit from some additional training in customer service. During my recent experience, I found them to be less patient and not as helpful in directing guests to their rooms. Perhaps some additional guidance on how to assist guests with navigating the elevators would be beneficial.

Excellent experience all around! The reception, spa, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all fantastic and very helpful. The location is great- within walking distance of many restaurants and shops on the back side and immediately adjacent to a long sea-side promenade at the front. The common areas including the restaurant, spa, pool and beach are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Also appreciated that the sea-side chairs and spa access are included. The room was also beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and the view was amazing as was the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Der erste Eindruck bei der anreise war ernüchternd. Der täuschte aber ab dem Zeitpunkt, wenn man das Hotel betritt. Alles super neu renoviert. In 2 Minuten eingecheckt. So schnell hab ich es noch nie erlebt. Ab dem Zeitpunkt war richtig Urlaub angesagt. Ein Muss für alle, die mit Hund anreisen. Frühstück, absolut perfekt und reichlich. Sehr gute Auswahl und die Angestellten hellwach und super freundlich. Wenn man nicht ca. 30 € pro Tag für die Tiefgarage ausgeben will, kann man für 12€ am Tag die Parkplätze vorm Hotel benutzen, aber bitte Ticket minutengenau kaufen, wird stündlich vom örtlichen Abzockverein kontrolliert. Spa und Wellnessbereich perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Einziges Manko, im Bad ein paar kleine Mängel. Siehe Fotos. Aber sonst absolut zum empfehlen. Ach ja, und vorher klären, ob Zimmer Meerblick oder seitlichen Meerblick hat.
