Arrived at 3pm stood at bar 15 mins no one came so we left. Came back 9.30pm bar area was cold.brakfast was shocking everything was cold very disappointed even after complaining the stuff that came out after was still cold .its like the hotel is going bust and they are cutting corners ie no heating on not many staff .Room was outdated and shower area was grubby looking .

Online check in and out saves a lot of time. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and at breakfast, where nothing is too much trouble. Clean comfy rooms. What more can you ask for!

Lovely stay once again at this hotel and my kids loved it and staff very friendly.. One issue was the washing basin plumbing was very annoying as everytime you use the tap the drain make continuous loud noise for about 5mins and that was very annoying

It was a welcome much needed bit of shelter for a few days. It was better than sleeping the street. There was no heating in my room, and what with it being January in England. Cold. There were flies on the food at breakfast. I had no choice needed somewhere to stay, as was being forced homeless. So was grateful I had somewhere stay for a few nights. Staff seemed ok. But I needed more assistance than they appeared to be able to offer

I enjoy staying at the Leonardo, however they don’t care for people that do not drink decaf tea. I’ve been staying at the Leonardo for nearly 8 weeks and they’ve never been able to provide me with decaf tea until I made a complaint. They should be catering for all aspects They provide decaf coffee but not decaf tea. I find this quite disappointing considering in other areas they are very good.

I’ve stayed at Leonardo MK for 8 years and unfortunately this may have been my last stay. We were put in Room 1028, the bed was like sleeping on a sack of rocks, all we could hear all evening was the motors for the lifts, we didn’t even get our platinum member perks. Just disappointed all round.
