The castle picture on expedia confused me. The actual hotel is nice but not a castle. Overall is good experience

Open air terrace

Well, first I believe the hotel wrongfully used a picture of the castle in the city as their main photo. Seems deceitful since the hotel looks nothing like that. And there is no exterior picture of the hotel, misleading. Second the room only window overlooks a courtyard, which is their bar. And it was extremely loud hard to sleep since it was hot and the window had to be open for a breeze. Asked the front desk for a fan to which they stated they had none. Ask them to turn down the music in the courtyard since there was nobody out in that courtyard bar area to which they stated no

Great location, could walk from the central station to the hotel and then to the castle. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was nice, breakfast was a large buffet.

Don’t be fooled by the first picture, this is NOT the hotel. It is the castle close by. The hotel has a very unremarkable store front on the street that easily passed by. The interior is well done and cute. Our room was well suited for our needs as family of four traveling. There is NO A/C and only a small fan provided air for circulation from the windows that barely opened. The hotel has a great location and we lucked into parking right around the corner at the police station for $36 for 18 hours. There are many restaurants close by with a lot of dining options. The brand new park that is just up the river is absolutely fantastic if you have young children. We spent hours there. The staff was nice and the check the fastest I have ever done! Breakfast was nice, but basic. The crepes were a HUGE hit.

Stayed for one night having booked the standard twin room. Initial room room was very small and more a single sized room. Spoke with reception who quickly changed the room to a more appropriate larger room. Good service from reception and quickly resolved our issue. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good location close to the castle and lots of restaurants around to choose from. Street parking closeby and a supermarket just down the road.

A nice welcome at check in, spotlessly clean room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Short walk to the railway and bus station, also Örebro Castle within walking diatance. The hotel provides a very nice self service breakfast which was included. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a room with two single beds, was assigned a room with a double bed. Hotel staff made minimal efforts to rectify the mistake.

The property was well maintained the staff were friendly. Location is convenient.

God frukost och trevlig innergård.

Utmärkt läge, rent rum med väldigt bra utrymme. Mysig innergård med bra frukost och hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Tyvärr ingen AC vilket hade behövts i sommarvärmen.

Helt ok hotell, salnade dock krokar till handdukar i badrummet samt tv 4 i samband med fotbollsvm. Inget rum hade tv 4.

Saknade skyltar för allergi, vid frukost buffen då jag inte tål allt. Förutom det var det fräscht och rent.

Rummet var trevligt och lagom stort och det fanns både möjlighet att öppna fönster eller köra AC. Badrummet hade värme i golvet, vilket var trevligt. Frukosten var bra och det fanns ett bra utbud. Man kunde också välja att sitta inne eller på deras trevliga terrass. Personalen var trevlig och man kände sig sedd på ett bra sätt.

Badrummet var under all kritik. Ingenstans att hänga sin stora handduk. Ingenstans att lägga sin necessär.
