We don't usually leave bad feedbacks but this is something that people needs to know before spending their money! In our opinion this is a total embarrassment for Andorra! The way everything else looks like, around this hotel, it's from a different story! I'm surprised to see there's also some good reviews about this hotel when in fact this is the worst place we've ever stayed at! Don't even know where to start from... it's a shame of their location, as it's right in the middle of the town centre, close to everything you need! Right from the entry door you realise that you've stepped back in time and the hotel screams for a renovation! The rubber to seal the front door it's just about to fall in your head (something that it meant to seal/isolate the sliding door when closed, and overall, the whole look of the reception is very dated. Friendly staff that can obviously only work with what they've got, and the response from them is that "we've got an external maintenance company that we've advised about our problems and it looks like they don't care about it". Moving to level one, a play room, where the guest should spend some fun and quality time with children, friends and family, out of two pool tables and eight electric games, only two of these works, the rest having papers with "sorry out of use", so really, nothing to do there! Maybe just exercise to go up and down the staircase, if you're not tired enough from the ski slopes. Next and the most important, the rooms! We've been three families, in three different rooms on the third floor and I couldn't see any of them being better than the others. Again, very dated, with broken and filthy walls, broken doors for the balconies that don't shut properly and when you go to bed it feels like you're sleeping with the doors wide open as you can hear everything from the main road as you are on it, partition between the rooms must be done with the cheapest plasterboard and no insulation as you can also hear your neighbours (children crying) like they're in your room, disgusting, filthy bath that you feel a bit worried to shower your children or yourselves, no cleaning brush for the toilet, no windows, ventilation, extractor fun or anything else like this, just a strong chlorine smell! Some long and fast insects walking on the floor that we could not managed to get on the photos as they were hiding pretty fast under the loose trim between the bath and tiles, and the list goes on and on. Overall, if you can, we would highly recommend to put a little extra on your budget and look for something else or change your trip dates if nothing else available in the area (as it happened to us). Not that this is cheap, but when doing the booking we read the previous reviews and thought that it won't be that bad, and people sometimes can exaggerate with things. Well, after staying here the only thing that comes into my mind, is that everyone who's left a review, hasn't been even close to reality (the reason for us to say it out loud and also leave some photos as a proof that we're not making up things)! Whoever they're pretenting to use for maintenance from outside, it should be changed immediately with no doubts and even so, the overall state of this hotel could do with a refurbishment! We believe that no one here could care less, as long as no customers are exposing the way this hotel looks like in reality and they keep on getting their rooms booked by people from all over the world. I really wish that other customers in our position, who felt the same, will leave a review like us, with the reality! Maybe this way they'll consider investing some money too, not only gaining! Sorry for this, Marco Polo management, but you should pay a visit to this place and see where you're getting your profits from

Great spot for a trip to Andorra. Pool is down the street from the hotel (it’s part of the club de tenis) but was nice to have a swim with the views it offers. Room was exactly what we needed for the night. Would’ve stayed longer. There’s street parking, or they offer a spot in their garage down the street as well, there’s also a parking lot right in front of the hotel across the street. Street parking is most economical. Surrounded by great restaurants and food options. Would definitely recommend and come back

Hotel staff 100% Rooms 100% However, to be told on the website that there is parking is incorrect. You have to park on the roadside on the main thoroughfare. When travelling across Europe on motorbikes you want to know you can park them in a safe environment. They also claim a swimming pool. There is one, but it's not the hotel's it is a community one some 200 yards away. Not only that, it is unusable. Look at the picture of the state of it, it's like a swamp. So, we booked under false pretences: no safe parking for the bikes, no relaxing pool 🤬

Good hotel, great service, great value and excellent location. One recommendation - all the room doors slam closed noisily. It would be a great upgrade if the doors all had dampeners to ensure people are not woken up by people running around abd slamming doors.
