The hotel did not have amenities listed on web site. Pool- No No hair dryer No in room coffee Elevator on third floor requires calling front desk and asking for it to be sent up. Staff was extremely nice and helpful Just need updated information

I did NOT use this booking. I stopped in and they scanned my ID and confirmed a pet situation that was not okay to me, so i cancelled the reservation immediately... in person with the onsite desk rep... room was NEVER ISED... never even got a key for the unused room... was advised a full cancellation and refund would be pursued... more phone calls i guess.

Me and my fiance stayed in one of the rooms with a jet tub. The first thing we noticed was the smell. The room smelled strongly of amonia, and seemed poorly cleaned. You could tell most of the budget went towards the jet tub because some parts of the room were not fully finished or of poor quality (gaps in the flooring, broken curtain, sad flat pillows etc). We also noticed there was some scum gathered around and inside of the jets, so we did not feel comfortable using that feature. I will also note that the floor is finished with some sort of wax, which likely protects the flooring and prevents mold, but feels absolutely discusting and sticky wigh bare feet, so be mindful. The walls are also very thin. I could hear other guests loud and clearly through the walls. The tub was a cool idea but poorly executed. I would strongly encourage you to stay somewhere else, especially at this pricepoint.

Because of traffic I didn't get o chec in til late. The customer service was horrible and the front desk staff was very rude and nasty to my guest. Which caused a big argument between my friend and I..... Now we aren't friends anymore. I paid for a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi had mechanical issues and all I got from staff was an in sorry it has mechanical issues but we can't fix it until the morning.

The rooms were not cleaned correctly. \The frist to rooms had a smell and the floor was sticky. the second set of rooms did not smell however I had to get them to change all the linen. The staff was great. But I will not be returning.

This property needs a state inspection. I removed the pillow cases from pillow and what was hidden, was disgusting that was soiled with stains on the entire pillow, which looked like builded up sweat and stains from whatever it was. There were stains on the sheets. I changed 3 room and it was also in the same condition. The air conditioner unit had so much dirt and dust that appears if the filters has not been changed for years. When I turned on the AC unit, I started coughing, my throat felt itchy and runny nose. The floors were dirty with grime. The place also had a mildew smell. I will never recommend or go back there myself. If anyone has chronic allergies and asthma, they need to stay away from this place.

As we first check-in the staff was unpleasant. We asked about near by restaurants in the area and he told us to just drive up the street. We were looking for recommendations. Then we went to our room, we started to unpack and found dirt on floors, stains on curtains and on the bedding. Then we went to sit on the bed and heard the worse squeaking noise. All you had to do was laugh or move slightly and you would hear the noise. We wanted some coffee, so we got some from the front desk. We started drinking it and it had a burnt taste, my boyfriend reported it to the staff and he stated it was fine because he drinks it all the time. Not very professional in my option. Then we reported the bed and was told someone would like at it. We went out for the day, came back at 5pm and the bed made more noise than before. We reported it again and was told it was looked at. The only staff that was professional was the maid. She was helpful and polite. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.
