Staff was very helpful.

The room is spacious, clean and the bathroom is a nice size with a decent shower. The bedding was clean. There is no kettle with cups to make tea or coffee. Not sure this place qualifies as a four star hotel

My room was enormous as hotel rooms go. The hotel is rather small and intimate. It's located in a nice section of town across from the old Opera House which is worth touring. There is considerable night life in the neighborhood with many small bars, cafe's and restaurants nearby. I would have no qualms about returning whatsoever.

Enjoyed my stay. Lovely big spacious room, huge bed really comfortable. Staff were excellent in alll areas ..housekeeping, restaurant, reception desk. Willing to do anything to help. Would stay again

Smelly bathroom

The property is in good location and in less than 20 minutes you can go to centro by UBER. The breakfast is good. There is also a convieiet store at the gas station beside the hotel. The only issue that the drinking water at breakfast is not tasting very good. No free water bottle provided at room.

Horrible noise music loud vehicles lasted all night

We stayed in two hotel in Manaus—both in similar location and similar price. Blue Tree was a much better option—rooms are cleaner, food is better, and it’s closer to shopping mall and good restaurants. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Internet is good.

The first room I was checked in to already was occupied. I opened the door to find someone sleeping in the bed. The second room I occupied had extremely loud music coming through the broken windows. The third room I got was OK.

I used this hotel just for my connecting flight the following morning(7:40 am). Due to jet lag, I could go to bed at 3am. Even though, I asked the front desk to make a wakeup calls both at 5am and 5:30am, but they did not. I missed the flight. I even wouldn't think about this devastating hotel.

Very clean and excellent breakfast buffet! Needs to be updated. Bare rooms.
