We were upgraded to a suite free of charge. The room had a lot of space and was clean. Free breakfast and hot shower!

Furniture needs to be replaced all scracthed .in both rooms we viewed. One chair was so dirty i would never sit on. Tile on floor grout black and moldy. Many homeless nearby hotel so sad.

Poor soundproofing! We can hear talking from the next room. They are talking in normal tones and we can easily hear every word. The tv control is a joke. No guide available and you have to scroll thru the whole tv schedule to see whats on. Room entry doors slam and then rattle several doors in the vicinity. Every step from the occupant in the room above is rather loud. NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE ROOM. The bathroom water is hot - good thing. Check in was easy- good thing. I expected much better from a room with a high rating from Hotels.com

The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful in giving me a good room to fit my current disability needs.

Good location right off highway room was clean ....only downfall was limited parking area for size of hotel

Breakfast wasn't very good and the coffee was very weak.

The only drawback is they do not have enough parking when renting rooms to large groups. I had to park in a student lot way across the frontage rd and walk in the rain

There was nothing unique about this property but it was very family friendly. Rooms were basic, beds were basic, capet needed cleaning, the linens were nice, comfortable sheets just not breathable at all. I wont be staying here in the future.

The room was well abused. All the tv connections were undone. The alarm clock was broken. The h/v unit made excessive noise. Besides that it was ok

Service was great and the property was clean. My only complaint was our bathroom sink was very very slow too drain. I was in room 222 so you can address the problem.

Based on the brand and listing, I expected a well-maintained, clean, and comfortable stay. However, the property did not meet those expectations. The facilities looked outdated and poorly maintained, giving the place a cheap appearance that does not reflect the standard typically associated with Radisson hotels. And the stay does not justify the cost, and I would not recommend this hotel to others expecting quality and comfort. I hope future bookings can be better aligned with expectations.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and was a bit disappointed with the condition of the room that we were assigned this time around...the water in the sink took forever to go down.... no full length mirror in the room at all which made it very frustrating when getting ready to go out... the furniture looked very worn... only one charger jack in the entire room.

Its close to everything you need. Gas, food, etc. It was very quiet.

Nice overnight stay.

We took our kids to Michigan City for Spring break and chose this hotel for its reviews and it's pool. The kids had a blast and everything was great. Fast and friendly service. Very clean and cozy.

Nice place. Would stay again.
