All very nice

Pretty much as expected. There was no water the last morning so the goodbye impression did suffer. Cold bath on a Tuesday morning - NOT nice way of starting the day :(

A little gem on the algarve situated in a quiet little village The hotel needs updating in the bedrooms which they are doing but the food was superb and delicious lots of choice to suit every taste bud 😋. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble they were friendly and very efficient could not praise them enough Maria remembered our room number after a couple of times which was good considering the amount of people there. Ideal location to the beach and the hotel was kept very clean. Would recommend to friends and would return for a quiet and relaxed holiday

Beautiful area, ideal place to spend a few days enjoying Algarve. Great pool superbe restaurant on the incredible beach. 19km of sand and with 30 degrees celsius what more do you want for October

Excellent location near the beach. We were promised an ocean view but instead we got the view of a dome which was disappointing . Staff were amazing. Hi

We absolutely enjoyed the beach, pool and breakfast and were charmed by the stray well behaved cat that frequented the outside lounging areas. The resort should thank the local cats for holding down any rodent problem by getting them fixed and providing a small area for them within the grounds where they could be fed and given fresh water daily. That investment would cost less than any exterminator service and ensure the stray cat population was properly managed. The view from our terrace was lovely. However, the tennis court, mini putt golf holes, water feature in the back by the swing set all needed maintenance which clearly has been ignored for sometime. With a bit of elbow grease, paint, new sand and putting surfaces these areas could be brought back and enjoyed instead of giving an overall dated and dilapidated feel to the resort. The water feature which has the bridge over which everyone must walk to head to the beach was stagnant with leaves, debris and even a dead bird floating around in it for the entire time we were there. Fill it in with sand or plant it if it cannot be kept up, but leaving it to be a haven for mosquito growth and rotting black birds is not only unsanitary it projects the opposite of what you want to have guest perceive. Two of the elevators state the wrong floor prior to the doors opening. The rooms and hallways are a bit dated, but kept clean and usable. The AC units work, but are loud. Frankly, the outside complex could use a coat of paint.

Wonderful staff, who were cheerful & never failed to make us feel welcome. All rooms had views towards the beach.

It is an old building but pretty well conserved. The staff was so kind amd helpfull and ALL the rooms has sea view. It is right in front of it. The rooms are big and confortable. Great experience.

Excellent location. annoying and too loud piped music

Fabulous three nights at the Altura Eurotel. We had a family suite which was enormous and perfect for us. The service throughout the hotel was friendly and efficient. The kids club was great. Breakfast every morning was plentiful and delicious! It is an older hotel but they have done a great job of updating it. The walls are quite thin so if you are a light sleeper beware! Also the Spa/Indoor pool was quite small and not worth the extra charges. Apart from that I have nothing negative to say and would definitely return!

Lovely view of the beach from the room. Lovely outdoor pool area and access to the beach direct from the hotel. Lift seemed to break a lot and only just one lift serving all ten floors so had to wait a long time to get on. Lift also quite small.

The outside of the building is intimidating because it is a tall high rise interrupting a beautiful coastline. Everything about the inside and grounds is excellent. Outstanding return for the money. Spacious clean rooms. Lovely pool and grounds around it. Private beach access and amenities on the beach. Delicious and expansive breakfast buffet. Nice service. A great find on a long beach in a cute town.

Loved the hotel, staff, services, food in the hotel, location. Rooms were comfortable with great view. Very relaxing stay. I would say the beach cafe food was not to the same standard which was a shame.

Public areas inside the hotel are very clean, comfortable & well presented. Some outside areas are affected by the nesting birds.
