Great location and amazing views on 22nd floor ! Short walk to the beach which was perfect. Bars and restaurants nearby. For the price this was a good choice

3 star facility. Large 1 bedroom apartment. Close to everything at Praia de Rocha. Furniture bit run down. Sparse kitchen ware.

Excellent location and nice clean units at a reasonable price. Out second trip to Portimao Portugal and our first stay at this location. Will return again. Thank you for making it a very memorable vacation to your little slice of heaven!

Property is located in a great area with a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and gift shops nearby.

Good morning, I had a pleasant experience at this place, quite, close to beach, great view. I just think that more attention should be paid when cleaning the rooms otherwise an amazing experience.

Close to the beach. Not too noisy at night.

The apartment was so spacious, perfectly clean, and had easy access to anything we needed. The beaches were close by and a little convenience store was just across the street. Parking was easy. Perfect for a family with kids.

Our opinion the beach with stairs slightly to right of building was the best in Algarve clean scattering of nature stone formations little surf for families 1 restaurant not like the main beach loved it

The hotel hallway is dark, light is too dim. Location is convenient, with a mini market and cafe right across the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, only one is with sea view.

This was a great location and a comfortable stay. We upgraded to the 2 bedroom for our family stay and the hotel reception couldnt do enough for us. The pool was big..it says theres a minimarket onsite but i didnt find one however there is a supermarket right opposite. The view was stunning. This was our first stay outside of a 'hotel complex' and we wouldnt hesitate to go back

The proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent. The apartment itself was just okay. The dishes were what we would take camping!! We actually ended up buying mugs and wine glasses as there weren't any provided. The pull out couches definitely need to be replaced. Not sure what they would be like to sleep on but way too uncomfortable to sit on. I think they are as old as the 20 year old building. The cleaners did an okay job with what they had. Unfortunately they didn't have a vacuum so after an extended time there a vacuum should have been used. Having a washer was a bounus as well as the 2 balconies and a beach view. The front desk was helpful with any concers we had. We also loved the pool and it was well maintained. Just wish they had a pressure washer to clean the bird poop off the chairs. Also new chair padding should be ordered. Most of what's there is cracked and torn.

Big apartment style with kitchen, bottle of Portuguese wine, free parking, excellent location (walking distance to beach), large windows, terrace, comfortable beds. Older building but priced very well. Very pleased.

Horrible experience. The apartment was filthy so much random strands of hair found throughout the apartment. Outdated appearance. It’s best to just book a hotel. The staff was very pleasant that’s the only positive on the whole experience.

Amazing location and view of the coast. Easy access, easy parking, fast check in. Large room and comfortable setting. I wish we could have staid longer but will be back!

VIP perks from Expedia are a joke. Yes, I received a bottle of wine but had to pay for internet access. Was not offered or given any upgrade nor late check out. Property was ok. Specific unit was poorly lit. Kettle was broken and heating unit didn’t work. Location and parking was good and building security is good.

Very nice apartments in an excellent location.

The place was ok! We thought we were getting a beach front property, but I guess that was just for the photo.

The staff were extremely helpful and informative while the apartment had every possible amenity.
