We like the location easy access to many places around . Dirty areas out and inside the apartment. The swimming pool is not clean . There are not any amenities ( not soap or shampoo not toilet paper ) There is no ramps or elevators to go to the apartment to carry the luggages It’s no accesible for people with difficult mobility

I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. The property itself is old and could use a facelift, but at least the staff tries their best to keep the place clean and functional. Being from North America we are accustomed to certain comforts and convenience. But this is classic Europe and you have to align your expectations and not act like a bunch of pretentious New Yorkers. Parking is free and there is an onsite laundromat for 5 euros.

Little to enjoy within walking distance but two good restaurants on site and a large pool. Setting with the mountains was beautiful. Internet was unavailable in the rooms and so annoying to need to be near the lobby to use. Lyle from Canada

Room 310 was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom smelled so bad of sewer you couldn’t hardly enter to shower. The curtains on the terrace door were shredded and hanging off on both ends. We tried to fix it but the actual plastic piece that holds the curtain onto to curtain rod was broken. We booked a suite with two beds but when we checked in the room had two beds pushed together to make a double. When we told them at the counter that we needed two beds and that we would be willing to just move the beds apart if they would give us additional sheets they said housekeeping had already gone home and they had no access to linens (it was not even 8pm). There was no spa or jacuzzi only a swimming pool so I’m not sure where the “resort” designation comes from. The food however was the best food I’ve had on my whole vacation throughout Europe. The staff at the front desk was also very pleasant. Also, the WiFi never worked once during our whole stay. I would not stay here again.

The staff was nice and cheerful... Rooms are spacious and cleans with a garden of n front of the sea. Perfect!!! The swimming pools are very corrects and facilities such as tennis, football, golf are perfect for kids as well. We have passed an excellent moment with my son. The only bad thing the localisation of this hotel is far from the city center and the road tricky. I recommend this hotel!!

Not as per description on website. I would not rate it four stars. More parasols by the pool and better equipment in the apartment would be good.

As we got an offer it was value for money. Wouldn't rate it 4 star though

Nice and quiet hotel resort above the see level in country side with wonderful look at Italian nature, warm recomenation to people who love to play golf

Hôtel vieux pour un 4 étoiles pas d eau le soir pour se doucher et quand vous appelez la réception on vous dit d attendre que c'est dans tout l hôtel, pas de rideaux occultant oublier le repos Bar chère et restaurant nourriture moyenne et obligé de manger dedans en plein été

We like the place, good access to many place around. The facility is quite big, there are many steps and Unfortunately no ramp for luggage transportation. I think is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Appatment is not clean, no soap, no champo, no service, the soil is very dirty... we are 3 person and we got one double bed and one Folding bed which unfortunately not comfortable and so small. The swimmingpool is very dirty and the visibility underwater is very bad (sand, stones and objects) The staff speaks mainly only italian, is diffucult to communicate in other languages. In general, Equipment, staff and services in need of improvement.
