The door to enter the hotel was locked and required a room key or call on a an intercom system. Like the extract security. Didn’t like the parking cost of $45.00 a day.

The room was clean and spacious and location was perfect with walkability everywhere. I would say that the cost of parking and or valet was a little higher than usual. We did have an issue with the air conditioner in our room. No matter what temp it was set on it would not cool the room to that temp and the room felt damp. We called the front desk three times about the issue and they sent maintenance immediately and each time they said keep the fan on the "ON" position to work properly. However, it did not solve the issue. They did not offer to move us to another room.

High prices for room that didn't get cleaned daily. We had to request fresh bath towels and do not consider first class treatment. Will not stay at Hilton anytime in the future.

Hotel is normal. People were polite. Shower had black mold at the bottom of shower door; shower pan needed a really good cleaning. Beds very comfortable. No update or guide for the TV; unable to figure out channels except to look at every one individually because the screen was full of a list of numbers with ‘no information’ next to the numbers. Perhaps the TV needed to be synched somehow; the date in the upper corner said March12. ??! My impression of the hotel is that the customers are friendly. The hotel is generally impersonal although serviceable.

First of all, much of my dissatisfaction has to do with the price i paid which was over $1000 for 2 nights. The prices at the hotel came down by a third and their was no price match from HOTELS.com or the hotel. A major disappointment. Since i was paying a PREMIUM, i asked for a slightly better room and was denied. The room was mediocre at best, linens and bed covers had pulls in them. The phone in room did not work. Day 2, we never received room service and after returning from a afternoon wedding we were dejected to have to walk into a room with no new towels, beds were not made and trash was not emptied. On Sunday, the lobby ran out of coffee and had no plan except to hand out k-cups. This is the worst experience i have had in 30 years of travel and lack of consideration may have me change my choice of hotels and use of hotels.com going forward. Respectfully, Kevin & Beth Coughlin

Newly renovated, outstanding location and within walking distance to dining and shopping. Buffet breakfast not so great, and a charge on top of that. Restaurant closed, which for me was a drag because available breakfast not so great. Lastly, $45 for valet only was not ideal.
