We needed a hotel near the Florence Airport. This was an excellent choice! Enjoyed our stay.

The staff we met with was very nice and friendly. But the ambiance of the hotel is very cold and uninviting. They have confused cold and stark for chic and sophisticated. The showers are designed horribly, the water spigot is right in the middle of the long part of the tub where you stand and you constantly hit your leg.

I absolutely love this hotel. It is close to everything, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel! There is 2 supermarkets, one on the same side of the hotel, right next to it and 1 across the street. There is an amazing pastry shop 2 blocks down, a pizza place and a delicious restaurant called TITOS, I highly recommend. The area is safe, I travel aloe and I never had any issues. The front desk is very helpful and there is parking availability. The hotel is safe and offers the breakfast that I do recommend if you like eggs and bacon, the breakfast is abundant, and the view is quite impressive. The proximity to the airport is 5 minutes by cab I never had any issues, this is my 3rd time here.

Breakfast at the hotel is good. Way better than coffehouses in the neighborhhod. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Very close to the airport for an early morning flight- 5 minute taxi drive and the hotel will arrange a taxi. Just give them a time. Rooms are neat and clean, bathroom is great. Good restaurants in walking distance.

This was a quick overnight stay so we weren’t there long but the service was absolutely amazing!! The overnight front desk gentleman was beyond helpful!! We really appreciated everything he did for us!! Grazie mille!!

Great hotel close to the airport

They were very helpful in being sure an early morning taxi was available to the airport.

This is a good location if you need to be near thr airport overnight. If you are visiting Florence for multiple days this is not a good option.

Front of house staff is where this property shines. Friendly and attentive I felt welcomed from check in to check out. With the exception of the breakfast attendant, everything was perfect. She felt cold and unwelcoming. Other than that. The hotel is situated perfectly, close enough to the airport and within walking distance to some cute dining places. Up the street there is even an Asian Market. Excellent hotel to put either at the start or the end of your Florence/Tuscan itinerary. I recommend it to all my American travelers to give it a try.
