Can’t wait for our next trip back!

Just for one day. It was a good choice for kids

They really want to keep you in the hotel and spend all the money while there is so much natural around it. Tip: the pizza place is really good and reasonable price. Tip: there is bus line right behind the logo for WEGO bus to go to all the attractions (I asked and they won’t tell you this).

Everything was great and friendly, not a dull moment

Great stay! Always fun for kiddos! The only improvement for the price that we pay to stay for one night ($705) would be that I think the pools should be maintained better! The lazy river was green and many of the pools dirty on the concrete liner, I don’t think they clean the actual pools which is crazy for the price!

For the price to stay here with a family of 6 its quite absurd that no meal plans are included. The cost of the food within the facilities were outrageous especially when to of the children eating are 3 and 4 and barely consume any food to begin with. Knowing the cost and whats truly offered i would never recommend a stay here to anyone. There are better options that offer breakfast at no cost the cost is not worth the "waterpark" that is meant to be avaliable.

The rooms is big and clean

Fun place if you have the cash. Rooms are pricey but you get a great water park. Do NOT go at peak times (weekends or holidays) as you will wait endlessly in line for slides. Wave pool and hot tubs also will be crowded. Meal plans aren’t too bad per person for a buffet. There were billing issues with our party that took too long to resolve. Arcade was operating at about half capacity and we had purchased a wolf pass that was therefore not fully usable. Photos from slides included on the pass also did not function. Response from the staff was essentially a shrug. Too much money spent for that experience. Magical place for little ones. Sweet spot is probably 5-10 years old. Water park limited if too small and magical quality probably lost on the over 10 set.

The hotel is a bit outdated, rooms haven’t seen a fresh slap of paint for a while. Personnel is a bit clueless and unhelpful. Pool smells like pure chlorine, which is. Not a bad thing considering g how many people are there however they do need to do something with ventilation because breathing there is impossible. Overall not that bad but nothing great to brag about.

I loved the fireplace in the room. Depending what room you get it is a really long walk from the waterpark.

I like that upon the check in there was no line and everything was organized but my card was declined and thankfully I had another one on hand

Room was spacious and comfortable. Waterpark was amazing and we all enjoyed it (grown ups and 11 year old) The last day you can stay and enjoy the waterpark so we did but the change rooms don’t have hairdryers. They have hand dryers high on the wall you’re supposed to try and stand under, while your hair sticks to the wall and the unit keeps shutting off. It also tangles and leaves long hair in a mess. I’m not sure why regular hairdryers can’t be installed on the walls like in the rooms. For anyone planning on having somewhere to go after they leave and want to get ready in the change room just bring your own hair dryer (I didn’t have one but would have brought one specifically for this if I’d known) Otherwise the property was great. A lot of the activities are geared more towards younger kids but the waterpark was our main reason for going and we enjoyed that immensely!
