The hotel is strategically located, walking distance to Pratunam, Platinum, and Central World.

The room is small, suitable for those needing a place to sleep while on business trips. The bathroom is very small, separated from the toilet by a curtain instead of a glass partition or door. The room is equipped with bottled water, a hairdryer, and a TV. Only bath towels are provided. Overall, it's considered average for the price of 1 million VND per night.

The check-in staff were slow and inefficient, providing poor service. The blankets and pillows were very dirty. The shower had inconsistent water pressure, making showering uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience, especially considering the relatively high price.

I stayed for 2 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned during my stay. There was no tea, sugar, or coffee. And the mattress was of very poor quality.

The auntie who was on duty was very friendly and helpful, I asked for a late checkout, hehe, but it was urgent 🤭. There is a deposit, a minimum of 200 baht, but yesterday I had 100 baht in small change, it was okay. The room wasn't scary either, I was on a solo trip and it was comfortable and I slept soundly. Access to Sevel is very close, close to Eveandboy too, and near Eveandboy there is a halal food seller on a cart selling veiled women, the chicken is really delicious🤤, must try! The condition of the hotel from the front is so-so, it looks like an old hotel, but the room is nice, safe, cold AC, clean toilet, soft mattress, new sheets and towels, TV has YouTube and Netflix.

I think this hotel is okay in terms of location, as it's close to Pratunam Tofu and other shopping centers, so you can walk there. The downside is that the rooms are a bit less soundproof. The good thing is that you can leave your luggage after checking out.

First time choose this hotel because the distance to Platinum Mall is close, just walk. Cheap price and clean, AC is also cold. Is okay.

It was very comfortable staying at Pratunam City Inn Hotel. Safe, comfortable, not noisy so it's nice to rest after a day of sightseeing.

The place is close to Pratunam Market, about 15 minutes walk. Good for those who want to go shopping.

The hotel is not soundproof at all. When guests in this room talk, the next room can hear clearly.

Staff totally unfriendly and unclear sentiment with us. We add more people in the room, we pay the extra charge. But they didn't give us extra water or extra towel. So far from train station or bus station.

This is a really nice hotel, very modern, but it's a bit far to walk to Pratunam Market, I'm sweating every day 😂 but I admit the room is really nice, but when I was about to check out, there was someone in front of the room who was trying to open the door, so I was really scared.
