Old room, some great friendly staff

I think this hotel is okay in terms of location, as it's close to Pratunam Tofu and other shopping centers, so you can walk there. The downside is that the rooms are a bit less soundproof. The good thing is that you can leave your luggage after checking out.

Recommended👍🏻 price is still safe and easy access

First time choose this hotel because the distance to Platinum Mall is close, just walk. Cheap price and clean, AC is also cold. Is okay.

It was very comfortable staying at Pratunam City Inn Hotel. Safe, comfortable, not noisy so it's nice to rest after a day of sightseeing.

Nice hotel near laundry and massage. Close to Pratunam and lots of food and Seven Eleven.

Friendly staff, can be used as a place to stay while in Bangkok, especially in the Pratunam area.

The place is close to Pratunam Market, about 15 minutes walk. Good for those who want to go shopping.

The hotel is not soundproof at all. When guests in this room talk, the next room can hear clearly.

Staff totally unfriendly and unclear sentiment with us. We add more people in the room, we pay the extra charge. But they didn't give us extra water or extra towel. So far from train station or bus station.

This is a really nice hotel, very modern, but it's a bit far to walk to Pratunam Market, I'm sweating every day 😂 but I admit the room is really nice, but when I was about to check out, there was someone in front of the room who was trying to open the door, so I was really scared.

The water heater in the bathroom is not hot and the water is slow. The plywood walls are not soundproof.. The staff does not understand English very well.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, the room and towel cleaned everyday. Near bus station, near seven eleven, good location.

Bad service slum area the receptionist is bad especially the old woman wearing glasses is angry and unfriendly.

Stay 5 nights. 1 day the water didn't work. So all the guests got angry and chose to move rooms, there was no solution at all, we were just told to wait for repairs. There is no compensation whatsoever.

The staff were old with limited English skills, but were still willing to help, including giving permission to leave suitcases before check-in time. It is very helpful to get a vehicle that takes you to the airport at a competitive price. Hotel conditions are in accordance with the rates.

The room is very spacious and clean, it is a bit far to Pratunam Market and you have to deposit 200 baht.

Comfort, near city center, friendly staff

The staffs are very good and attentive. The room for 3 people might be a bit narrow, but overall it's very good.
