Convenience Location if you are visiting someone in the RV Margaritaville Camp.

Upon entry, the lobby was stifling; hot. The elevator was broke, and I had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. I encountered a disheveled and disoriented woman in the hall who appeared inebriated. A group of three teenagers, running up and down the halls, banging on walls and banging on our doors. It got to the point that not only was it disturbing, but I felt unsafe. The room smelt musty. curtains would not close all the way. Remote control did not work and TV signal repeatedly dropped. We left first thing in the morning and chose to sit in our car for over two hours in a Starbucks parking lot versus stay a moment longer. Upon exiting stairs, wet with spills and wet floor signs in the lobby with filth all over the floors charged $150 fee for possible incidentals, which they stated would be returned after several days. This was after I paid for the hotel in full.

Clean, close to the soccer complex and good breakfast

Overall the say was good - Soccer kids would have been better staying on fist floor because we could hear them late at night playing soccer in the room or hallway. Gentlemen that checked us in was very helpful.

Arrived very early, but Chris at the front desk found a room for me. Staff very friendly all around!

Elevator was broke our whole stay, a door handle missing off one of the doors that had to stay propped open or you would be stuck in the stairwell and no hot water on our last day there. Paid too much for these issues!

We had to take cold showers as there water heater wasn't working.

Great customer Service

The location is perfect. Restaurants across the street, International Market and Walmart next door!

Reserved a room for 2 nights with a jacuzzi tub and there was no hot water. Couldn't even take a shower because it was cold. No refund or understanding that a room without being able to shower should not be charged a full rate.

The overall stay was good, but the elevator was down for 3 days and there was no offer of compensation.

The elevator was broken again. Luckily I was able to get a first floor room.
