Exelent estadía buen lugar lumpio

The bed was very comfortable, black out shades kept the light out better than most hotels, the room was spacious, the pool was nice and it had 2 jacuzzis n a nice sized gym. The free breakfast was also pretty good, lots of different options with American and colombian types of breakfast foods.

Breaksfast was good but food was not properly maintained in terms of supply and cold items like yoghurt were not maintained cold. Juices were acid because of the stalled container. Getting a coffee was an adventure.

The staff was excellent, by the time we stepped in Vidal (from the bar) showed us an excellent service also Cesar (from the breakfast service) was an amazing server! The only thing I would recommend would be the remodeling the whole hotel because it is old, thanks

Estuve con mi familia y todo muy bien la senoras que limpian muy amables, el Desayuno muy bueno y diferente opciones, pero en el counter no tienen buen servicio al cliente les falta ser MAs amables con nosotros los clientes y saber Que el cliente tiene la razon. Gracias Maria Llanos

Breakfast here is unbeatable! One of the best in any hotel you can go to. Not just Barranquilla I mean anywhere. Staff are all nice and kind and very attentive. Location to shopping is just right in front with movie theaters great restaurants and food choices.

Initially, I was staying under another reservation and the rooms on the 6th floor were fine. I eventually got my own room on the 3rd floor, which looks like it was the worst room in hotel. The side tables were full of dust, looks like the room wasn't used or dusted in ages. The safety lock was broken off, I had to put a chair under the door handle to feel safe. The body wash holder in the bathroom was broken and the grout in-between the tiles in the shower was brown. The corridor was mostly dark and sometimes the light didn't come on until I got towards the elevator. I don't know if I pissed off the wrong person or something, but they gave me this crappy room. The breakfast was great though, especially the fresh fruits.

A lot of remodeling during my stay. Some areas closed, like gym. Other than that staff was excellent.
