Excellent hotel. Service was top notch! Room was checked and straightened multiple times a day. Comfy bed with excellent bathroom amenities.

Always stay here when I come to Jeju. Can't complain. Clean room and friendly stsff all the time.

The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible. And we had to wait in line to check out. Not a great stay. The facilities are not so good that they live up to the price. The hotel could definitely use a remodel. We won't stay here again.

Friendly staffs

The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasn’t the design or the facilities it was the staff. Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what I’d expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything I’ve experienced at hotels in either region. The management really should look after these people they absolutely deserve a raise. Hotels like this are only as good as the team running them, and Shilla Jeju has clearly got something special. Would happily return.

We return for a 30-year wedding anniversary trip as we honeymooned here 30 years ago. It was a great nostalgic moment to return to place where we started our family. Amazing service in 2 weeks in Korea traveling the country, I would say Sheila is still our favorite Hotel and comfort and elegance. Only thing is I think they could do better with air circulation to deal with humidity. I noticed everywhere I went in Korea seems to be humid but I also believe that's the experience of all foreigners would travel in Korea where somewhat of a normal way of life but I do expect air conditioners to be crisp and without humidity. Other than that everyone has been amazing and the employees and the staff definitely are above and beyond and cream of the crop. Thank you for an amazing stay and service.

The finest hotel in Jeju. Words cannot fully capture the level of excellence in every detail. It will forever remain our annual retreat with my mother. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who takes such exceptional care of us. Saya.

Clean room and friendly staff. Definitely a five-star accommodation. The lunch buffet was excellent. Will come back.

Signage could be more helpful along with a map of the trails. There was live music at the pool and it was awfully loud. Staff was exceptional.

Dated but excellent service

We absolutely loved our stay at JEJU Shilla. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and hotel amenities were awesome and convenient. They had beautiful hiking/ walking path that led to a beach and it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

The worker in this hotel not allow me to eat breakfast becauae I didn't wear formal. Haha... how funny！ It‘s my vacation time and I have to wear formal😂
