I liked the breakfast. Slippery and icy sidewalks not so great

The weekend we were there, we were told there was intermittent water access. We may or may not have water. It might be turned off. When we did have water to shower, the pressure was very low and it was barely warm. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The hallway and neighboring rooms were quite noisy.

The jetted tub in our room has in bad shape and little chunks of something came out of the jets.

The hotel is going through renovations and it shows breakfast was bland. Heavier bedding needed for winter stay. Original lady at check in was not friendly and did not present herself well. No greeting.

Room was nice, beds were very comfortable, breakfast servers were so friendly. Bigger road sign would have been easier to see. Overall, would stay there again.

Lorraine at the front desk, and Theresa at the breakfast station, were friendly and helpful. We loved the room; and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The coffee was of a gourmet quality and delicious unlike what most hotels offer. We'll stay here again on our next visit to the area.

I enjoyed my stay.

The propery was clean and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly. The only downside was they were remodeling some rooms, but it was not a major inconvenience. Would stay there again.

Rooms are not clean . Carpet was so dirty and dusty Even blankets are not clean Breakfast also not good , very less option even coffe was not hot served as cold Should respect and maintain the name of Radisson

Average hotel at an average price.

I booked 2 nights. I was placed on the second floor. I was woke up after the first night to construction being done on the 3rd floor. On a Sunday. I told employees they said yes they were remodeling. I left and stayed my last night at another location. The owner was there and said they were not supposed to be doing anything. Don’t place your guests on a floor right under construction. Or better yet upon check-in you need to inform your guests that there is construction going on around the property

Clean, comfortable, quiet. I forgot something, they helped me to get it.

Excellent service! I lost my glasses and the front desk helped me find it back.

I had a great experience at this hotel and I recommend this to everyone.

Overall this stay was acceptable. Lobby and dining areas are very nice and clean. Our room was very dated, and that’s fine, but the review can reflect that so others know. They are currently remodeling rooms so that will change I’m sure. Carpet in the room was not the cleanest, but the beds were fantastic. All we needed was a nice place to sleep and we got that. I’d consider staying again, but would also shop around. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Parking is great and lots of local conveniences within walking distance. Once remodeling is complete this would be a fantastic place to stay.

The staff were great. The property is the most convenient location for anyone conducting business or training at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. The location is very convenient for accessing anything else you need during a stay, and there is a full service Casey’s minimart/fueling station adjacent to the parking lot.

We asked for and received a handicap room. While there were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom, it would have also been nice to have the higher toilet. Getting up was a bit of a challenge.
