The staff and the attached coffee shop was great

It was a cute little motel that had a lot of stores and restaurants conveniently near by. Only thing was how narrow the shower was but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

We traveled here for the Sonic Temple music festival May 9th-11th and we had an amazing time thanks to our stay here! The service was absolutely amazing and they even saved my stuffed animal that i had accidentally left in the room after check out! Extremely accommodating and friendly staff!

Amazing!! Super clean, affordable rate, nice area, incredible staff… especially the night shift… Love her!! Would stay again if ever in Columbus.

Pros: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwhiches are great for a grab and go choice. Much better than standard fare. Room was clean when we checked in. AC works great and fridge/microwave was nice to have in the room. Cons: room 214 should come with a warning about the trains....SERIOUSLY. If you are going to be asked to sleep 100 feet from a train moving 60mph at 3am, you should know its not a plane crashing into your room. Maybe some earplugs? Then right after that you get the jerk pulling a suitcase down each of the 16 stairs right next to your room. Parking was tight but we made it work. I stayed 4 nights and had to ask and wait for clean towels. The shower door doesnt stay shut so water gets all over the floor and water leaks from the side of the shower head and that causes flooding as well. If i am paying $900 for 4 nights in a hotel i ahould get clean towels and my room freshened up daily. I would stay here again but i would ask for a room up front.

Did a late check in around 1130 pm and it went great. Lady at rhe front desk was a peach for sure. All smiles late night. Room was clean and the shower was to die for.

The room I stayed in was very handicapped accessible, nice linens, and very soft towels! The shower and tub unit would’ve been very easy to use for someone with limited mobility, lots of safety bars. There were some noise issues with people going into their rooms late, but that was probably unavoidable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff extremely pleasant!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice attached coffee shop. Would stay here again.

Our room was clean, and the staff is very nice. There was no chair in the room, as it was very small. Also, there is a train track nearby.

Great hotel! Excellent value and the staff was welcoming and helpful!

The property itself was ok but I had two big issues with it. First, the cost was outrageous at $287/night for a standard king bedroom. Secondly, four different trains were running from 3 AM to 4 AM. They were so loud and so close to the hotel it made it impossible to sleep. I'll never go back.

Second time staying and was overly happy with both. Chose due to being pet friendly and having to travel with our pet. Not much room for potty breaks but when I stay in a hotel cleanliness is most important to me and this place is top tier. There is a train but have stayed at the end of the buildings both times and had no issues with hearing them thru the night.

We loved the proximity to OSU, but checked out within a few hours. The room had such a strong smell of weed we couldn’t tolerate it. If that doesn’t bother you, this is the hotel for you. We appreciate the front desk clerk—friendly and accommodating. We chose this hotel partly because of the Expedia reviews. The reviews were misleading.

Clean room at a great price. And the attached coffee place was handy. All of it was just what I needed. Would stay again.
