Nice Simple, and close to Ohio State University with free coffee and breakfast sandwich can’t complain nice place for a fair price

Room was not cleaned thoroughly and we had no towels. Had to ask for towels and then only got 2 for 2 people. No counter space in bathroom. Price is a little high for what it is.

Good stay for a quick trip. Free coffee and breakfast sandwich was a plus. My only complaint was the noise outside - very close to a railroad track and the dumpster was right outside of our room.

Lovely small brand hotel with an awesome coffee shop up front. The room was modern with clean furniture and a cozy bed. Mild complaint is the room is tiny but honestly that’s not an issue at all.

I paid $90 per night, and I was a little nervous that I would be staying in a dive. Nothing could be further from the truth. The rooms in the Olentangy Motor Inn were renovated in 2023. While it is not an elegant hotel, it was an excellent place to stay. The rooms are comfortable. The shower was particularly impressive: adjustable water pressure that could be made high and plenty of hot water. The staff was excellent. I received two texts from management over my four night stay asking about my experience and whether I needed anything. They were very responsive and friendly. This motel is a short drive (about 6 minutes) from the heart of OSU. The only odd thing was that the office is not labeled as such. You check in at the coffee shop. The hotel desk clerks are also the baristas! I wandered around the building before I entered the coffee shop to ask for guidance. There is a train track that runs immediately behind the motel. My room was about five from the end and I could hear the train from my room. This did not bother me. Other than the engines, the trains were not very loud. I only noticed them during the day. There are several other hotels in the area and the tracks are close to those hotels too.

If you’d like to pay the rate of a Hilton to stay in a Motel 6, stay here. The room wasn’t clean, people were smoking weed and cigarettes outside my room (which the hostess noted was a regular occurrence at this 100% no smoking allowed hotel). Checked in and out in the same day. I had to speak with the manager to get a refund, unfortunately she’s never at work to process that so you’re not getting your money back either. Only redeeming quality of this falsely advertised motel is the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was renovated and in good condition but not very clean. Floor was extremely dusty and some stains on the wall that I ended up wiping with a towel and came out easy.
