Our stay was very comfortable. Very clean. The suite offered more than just a hotel room. Plenty of space for my husband & I. The kitchenette had refrigerator, sink, small stovetop & dishwasher. The hotel management was very responsive to a couple of concerns. Maintenance tech took care of an issue quickly & efficiently. All staff in the hotel were great & very friendly!

We waited over 2 hours to check in because the room was not ready. They were clearly understaffed but the management was polite & offered apologies. The property is newly updated, clean, & modern. The suite room(top floor) was fully stocked but the single ac unit struggled to keep the room cool. The complementary food was the best part as many hotels do not offer this option.

Overall a Good Stay with a Few Issues. I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was great—friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a good variety and quality. My only real complaints were the uncomfortable bed and an issue with ants in the room. After reporting it to the front desk, someone promptly came to spray, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the dead ants were never cleaned up afterward. Still, aside from that, the experience was mostly positive.

This was a very pleasant 3- day stay. The hotel was very clean as were the rooms. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Staff was friendly as well as the other visitors to the hotel. The pool could be bigger with more lounges and umbrellas. They had a small breakfast every morning which was great to get your day started. A short drive to the beach, many restaurants and shopping areas along the way. But over all it was great! We will stay again

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The front desk staff in the morning and evening were very helpful. Idk the gals name from breakfast but she was amazing. Worked so hard and went above and beyond!

-The pricing breakdown was confusing and not the easiest to navigate. My wife and I both felt we were being charged twice, without proper explanation. -The rooms may need a little TLC in terms of maintenance. A shelf fell off the wall while I was showering. The building engineer came and removed the damaged shelf, but never came back to replace it. -Also the housekeeping was quite invasive. They would knock on the door, but before we could even get to the door. They let themselves in. It felt a little uncomfortable as either my wife or I could’ve been showering or just not appropriate to have people in the suite with us. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were nice as well. Those few instances made the stay feel less than great.

The only thing I feel they need to fix is entry into pull. The knob to turn was broken and door kept getting stuck. Took me 5 minutes to get out

Pool area decrepit, filthy, unkempt. 1 umbrella for all the guests. You have to go to front desk to get/return pool towels. Even a dog in the pool. There’s a non-functioning splash fountain with 4 inches of filthy stagnant water in it. Unsupervised kids. Breakfast area filthy with piles of dirty dishes and trash. The room itself was clean and comfortable but maid never remembered to leave towels. Place needs care and pool needs renovation.

The Bed and Pillows were awesome and the room was spotless

I had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach by IHG. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which made it convenient for longer stays. The amenities were great and added to the overall comfort of the experience. Most importantly, the staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also very accessible, making it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place as my kids say is perfect. They love the room. It's very spacious and the beds are very comfy and soft. Bathroom is clean.

There were ants in the room near the table and kitchen area. I sprayed. I moved all my items up off the floor.
