It was OK, the room didn’t have an ice bucket and one of the trash cans missing. All food was expensive (some hotels offer free breakfast, this one did not). Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Messed up my reservation and they wouldn’t even fix it or give me a refund. So I got charged for a night I didn’t even stay there.

Staff were super friendly. Shame pool was not working, I wish it would have said something when booking that’s a main priority with little ones. Also room lights were flickering a lot and some did not work. Not what the pictures looked like.

Our bed was broken on one side and the bed waant even a king. Im sry but if ur gonna offer a king size bed make sure it will fit 3 to 4 people, not 2 that have to sleep with a kid. U need to measure people not kids. Like, im sry ive stayed at a bad hotel and this was worse

Check in was easy and agent was friendly.

Hot water was not hot, felt like a “ kinda” warm shower. Ac/heater was not controlled by thermostat (had to get up and constantly turn on and off). Evening staff was excellent. Morning staff not so much, went to check out and was ignored as they walked into back office area. There were a bunch of wrestlers in the rooms next to me who were not supervised by a coach. I never complained to front desk, because I purchased my room from 3rd party site. Otherwise, I would have been asking for a refund. I expected a noisy night when I saw all of the busses, and could hear the wrestling in rooms as I walked down the hall to my room. I just thought the coaches would be responsible and it would stop with a room check some time. It did not. I heard the wrestling (kids banging into walls and cheering, from when I checked in at about 9pm and it continued until about 1:30 am.
