The stay there was very loud. Door slamming kids running around. We even got called for being loud.. I didn’t appreciate that we were in bed asleep. And also they don’t accommodate your requests if you booked 3rd party.

There was one young man at check in when we got in, he was wonderful, super helpful and was very friendly!

We liked that the waterpark was attached to the hotel was easy to get there and back to the room for any small things needed. Friendly staff and great breakfast

I liked the room size and the amenities were nice also.

Nice hotel.

Took 5 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge we were there. Fire alarm was pulled, kids were running up and down the hall. Plug ins would not run my oxygen machine. All in all very bad experience.

The mattresses where grossly stained-like nothing I have ever seen before. And the TV woudln't work and they never setn anyone to fix. Things were very dirty and need NEW mattresses with covers ASAP.

We had a great time and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the hospitality and good place to rest up for the night. Wish y’all a wonderful day and keep up the great work.

I enjoyed my stay and the front desk Eric Smart was so accommodating, courteous and nice. Our stay is even more wonderful because of him.

We love it here. And our son loves that we are attached to Watiki water park! Everything about this property is great, from the location to the breakfast to the laundry facilities! Why stay anywhere else when road-tripping through Rapid City?!

Staff was wonderful. Room was pretty gross. But I’ve stayed here multiple times and this is the first time it’s been an issue.

We had 5 in our group. They only offered us 2 queen beds and charged an additional $30/night for a roll-away bed with no space in the room. We had to put it un from of the door and bathroom. The plus was the Water Park was included with our stay. The kids loved it. The breakfast was ok.

Was a decent stay but staff upfront could of been more nicer and friendly!

WaTiki park needs more cleaning! really noisy at night was able to hear all other rooms around me! overall all good👍
