Staff where very friendly and helpful, the only negative was the parking very small Spaces and hard to find .

Victor, on reception, provided excellent help and service when we needed help arranging trains and buses. Despite customers checking in/out he spent an hour with us looking at options online and helping us to book. Nice location and rooms were spacious, I would 100% recommend this hotel and its staff.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The best thing was the breakfast which was excellent. Our room was kind of noisy at night because of local traffic outside. All the equipment in the gym needs repaired. We didn't get to use the spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the AC in our room didn't blow cold enough. the safe cost extra, parking cost extra, and in-room coffee cost extra. Overall we would recommend and stay again.

Clean appartment, quiet area

Clean, great shower! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of options. Only issue is many area restaurants were closed and it was so cold outside!

Shower was absolutely massive, complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch, cooked meats at breakfast were very tasty

Great cozy hotel

Overall lovely hotel but has to pay for the safe €6 a night when it was already in the room and towels were hardly seen. None at the pool or the spa to use. Had to use the ones in the room and had to ask for clean ones after 3 days. Not the best

Lovely rooms, easy access to all parts of Salou, beach a 2 minute walk, friendly staff. Only critic would be, the pool needs a bit of TLC.

Lovely hotel, great location. Very clean, just the steps in the pool are very unsteady.

Stayed here before when I was in Salou and chose to stay again. Would highly recommended, when I’m in Salou again I will be more than happy to stay in this hotel again.

cannot fault this hotel.Large rooms especially the shower. Breakfast superb with plenty of choice. wifi could be better
