The room needed a little bit more cleaning!

No hot water to shower, mold in different areas of the rooms, smalls dame but the maintenance person was trying to accommodate us showing me different rooms to switch to and was able to inform the front desk to provide a room so we can shower with warm water and fixed the water issue quick/same day.

Upon arrival we got a room that was not clean. Then are next room the keycard did not work several times thru out our stay. Room smelled mouldy. No hot water and when it was brought up we were told they had no control over the temperature. The water gave my whole family an itchiness after a cold shower.

The room smelled musty and the carpet was damp and dirty. My socks got dirty after a few minutes without shoes. The refrigerator did not work, but they did replace it as soon as I notified staff. The included breakfast was basic and did not offer much variety. All in all, it was as not worth the price I paid.

The room smelled very stronge of mold, the furniture a lot of wear and tear the tv remote was broke the computer desk chair the arm rest was broke

Disappointed the television did not work in room 105. Second day of my stay I was able to move to 109. Also learned that there had been multiple problems with the TV in room 105. Rooom was spacious but beds not extremely comfortable. Staff friendliness was exceptional.

The key for open the room don’t work. Water in the bathroom it was insane. 3 people and only one bath towel. Room smell old.

I was very impressed with how will equipped the bathtub was for someone with disabilities. Handicap parking was often occupied by people with no handicap signs on their vehicle.
